If you like the video please SUBSCRIBE, LIKE and SHARE with friends and family ❤ Strawberry jam: 150g diced strawberries 50g sugar Cream: 600g whipping cream 65g sugar 1tsp vanilla assembly: Biscoff cookies Strawberry Jam: In a small pot add strawberries and sugar, Mix on medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes, until it becomes thicker. Let it cool completely, (keep it in the fridge) Cream: In a medium bowl, whisk whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks. (Keep in the fridge) Let's make the box: Add a layer of cream on top add Biscoff cookies and strawberry jam. ( I did 2 layers of cookies) Decorate with Biscoff cookies and strawberries. 🍓 Chill on the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before eating. Enjoy 😊
