THE BLACK ARMS EARLY INVASION - The Alternate Zone 

I can imagine an earlier Black Arms invasion in the Classic Sonic World, since different things happening as a result of time travel is common in fiction featuring that. It turned out pretty interesting, but like everyone else, I’m wondering of when part 2 will come out. Still, take your time, if you need to.

I can see Metal Sonic playing a major role by being a triple agent, he can join the Chaotix and get information on his missions and plant a voice recorder on the good guys and the Black Arms so Ivo knows when to conquer areas that can be useful to him and steal the Black Arms technology when he can, Ivo can use Chaos Drives to power up his badniks also when Metal Sonic steal the Chaos Emeralds he can give them to Chaos and while he fights the heroes and Black Arms he slowly conquers other areas then Ivo will make a big announcement to the world that he owns it, I can see Silver trying to fix mistakes but keeps failing every time he travels to different points in the past this is where Mephiles can manipulate Silver and he won’t question any of Mephiles’s actions because he’s more desperate than ever and I can see Mephiles win in this scenario

So while I definitely appreciate both the concept (the fact that you acknowledge the black Arms at all already is a big plus for me) are there a few things I just want to point out. For one the Black Arms properly wouldn't just be able to take over the world Black Doom wasn't planning for over 2000 years this invasion for nothing as without the ability to chaos control the black Comet it self onto the Planet would it after at most a few weeks get out of reach again cutting the black arms off from supplies and troupes. And if there ever would have enough resources to win such a war would also be in question as there also wanted to Black Comet down to have a quite win using the Paralysis gas from the comet to freeze all creatures on the planet it self. But I guess that wouldn't make for the best story. And the second thing would be that I highly daub that Shadow would have such an easy time against knuckles because while yes Sonic Character grow stronger over time don't seam to jumps to be impossible dramatic and Knuckles for all intense and purposes did win a one on one Fight with Shadow in Sonic Rivals 2 showing that even if Knuckles would be weaker here shouldn't he be an easy enemy for Shadow. Especially given that Chaos Control won't work as well on knuckles as it does on many other characters as Knuckles can actually sense it (He did when Sonic teleport in in SA2). And it also shouldn't be forgotten that freshly awakened SA2 Shadow actually couldn't even sustain his super form showing that he was actually worse an controlling Chaos energy that Sonic. And you on top of this gave Knuckles Mighty as an Assistent so someone that hits just as hard as Knuckles so that really shouldn't be an easy perhaps not even a probably winnable fight for Shadow. But at least did Super Sonic easily on shot Shadow so at least that makes sense. Also you at the end state that its up to Sonic and Friends to save the world but I would like to ask what is Eggman up to right now? I mean he is also always a force to be reckoned with.

Tails tube really messed up this what if with it retconning the two worlds out of existence How are are you gonna go toward are you gonna rewrite this one of continue this with a NOW Non-canon concept.

Just a thing, I think Mighty and Ray shouldn't be here, because Mania wouldn't have happened on the past from the Modern timeline
