also believe this was the "tightest" line up they've had! After Chris & Rich parted ways, then the drummer & the band got bent out of shape,,,,from what i heard him say i dont think he'll ever return but stranger things have happened,,,,,NEVER SAY DIE!! HOPE FOR THE BEST & ALWAYS PRAY,,,,surely cant hurt!!

@@8877robert Just saw them a few weeks ago SPAC ... incredible show... no masks ... smokin that ish with my Mom and my buddy all show with great seats. Everyone had a great time. They played this song right after the full album. There will be more shows... trust me I've seen them a bunch... probably my 7th show of theirs.

These guys remind me of the bands I used to listen to in the 70s ... I guess that's why I love this band so much.. seen them at Churchill Downs in 2010 along with 60 plus other bands..but these guys were the best!!!

Your experience with the Crowes almost exactly mirrors mine. SOUTHERN HARMONY was the album that really got me into them and I still think its one of the best rock albums ever. And you're right, FROST/FREEZE was a revelation. I really want to hear what they're going to come up with next.

I saw them back in 95 as support to Page/Plant in Stockholm. Fantastic but they have changed to the better. Always love them

Like so many hardcore fans of The Crowes, I simply loved marc Ford. In fact the only guy that didn't fit (in my humble opinion), was Jackie? he's a heck of a nice nice guy, a very good singer & overall, a wonderful talent. I just didn't love his styIe and did not think he & Rich had great chemistry. For my money, I will always believe the most dis-respected & under-appreciated player they ever had, was Audley. That poor soul had about the same chance of being accepted, as the next Patriots QB, after Tom Brady decides to hang em up in N.E. Everyone hated on freed, even, before even hearing him, b/c they were so upset Marc was gone. Funny thing is, if you ask a bunch of other great players about Audley, they have nothing but the highest of praise.......including Jimmy Page himself.

I recall seeing the Crowes in NYC when they were testing this Album War Paint it was such a amazing experience to listen to New Music from this band and yeah it took a few listens but Man once it hit you No Gojng back. Such great song writers and musicians..Respect meet these guy upfront in person on their first Australian as I was a Music Photographer downunder . GREAT guys..Love them

First time I saw the Crowe’s was at the Channel club In Boston hung out and drank some beers with Johnny Colt their bassist at the time been a Crowe’s fan ever since just an incredible band been getting into this live album I got over in Germany ✌️❤️🎶

Yú blaspheme. There is only one black crowes line up. Chris, rich, gorman,sven ,eddie, and marc. Luther is great. He doesnt hold a candle to marc. And adam oven mitts mcdougal over eddie???? Are you crazy???? I saw them from mark 2 classic lineup in 92 - 96 with johnny colt until they hung it up. 93 shows.. their two best greatest peak years were 96 and the magical 2005 reunion with sven replacing johnny colt. Sven is a superior bass player to johnny colt. What are you talking about? This is the warpaint live show from 2008 at the wiltern . It was magical, but dont even compare this to the tabernacle run in atlanta or the fillmore san fancisco run or the ultimate fonda run in hollywood run of 2005. I was at every one of those shows.

best line up of black crowes, they should have paid luther dickson everything he needed to be a full member. Definitely he lifted the band's level. Caught this song in a tour in Spain years ago and the final coda was awesome!
