Aww man, another awesome find! It's so cool seeing Marc, Steve and Johnny on the 42nd street that I remember. That's Chris singing next to the New Amsterdam Theatre one year before Disney bought and restored it. You can also see the famous but now gone "Enjoy a Movie Today" advertising mural that Rich is standing in front of. That building collapsed from a water leak in the late 90's.
