"The Black Pearl" - Black Spiced Rum Cocktail

This twist on a rum and coke is inspired by the new Pirates of the Caribbean film - Dead Men Tell No Tales. It uses 94 proof Kraken black spiced rum, black cherries and coca cola. You may be wondering why not just use cherry coke? Well I challenge you to try it and then make it my way and taste the difference! Well I'm definitely going to have to try this now. I'm a big rum fan and Kraken is my go to rum. I'll try the way you've made it first, for sure. I'm a Pepsi fan, personally. And I do have more of a sweet tooth so I may change it up with a vanilla Pepsi or vanilla Coke, whichever I come by first. Thank you for sharing.

Black cherries are expensive, but they make such a better cocktail in my opinion. Think of all the money you'll save not buying cocktails at a bar! Cheers

Hope your audio is fixed in other vids. Hot tip: talk into the side of the mic, not the top... even says it on the packaging

hey mma. you're using the mic wrong. You want the BLUE symbol on the front of your mic facing your directly. Youre speaking to the top metal part of the condenser when you have the mic like that instead of talking to the front of it.

You definitely could! Personally I don't prefer the artificial cherry flavor, I like to add it myself. I think you can really taste the difference if you try it. But of course you can drink it any way you like. Cheers!

I find the blending of the black cherry syrup with this particular rum and the coke to be a slightly different flavor profile. Sorry it's not the most exciting drink, but thanks for watching, cheers.
