The Blackrock Foosa ZZ4500 is a 15ft 3-piece equal section rod in a striking purple colour. Equipped with a Fuji DPS Reel Seat and SeaGuide SiC Rings, this rod is packed with quality features. Capable of casting up to 200g but with an optimum casting weight of 150g + bait and finished off with a carbon spiral wrap.

Nice one Chris. How does it compare to the SS10? I can imagine that it probably lends itself to slightly lighter work and would be nice to use on cleaner beaches in less explosive conditions, i.e. minimal weed, less wind and tide, but never having handled one I am merely guessing.

The ss10 is a more expensive rod. And you get what you pay for

He uses a Sonic gravity HT. I will do a revue on it , but Sonic wont have any more until next year.
