Use one of these in 4cm with an HX effects and one with my full helix floor. Mine is the original ‘silver’ version. It was second hand when I got it 4 years ago, and it’s still going strong 😊
Your a fuckin bad ass guitar player dude. I own the iridium pedal. I play metallica amd black labe society type music and the iridium nails those tones 1000%. I run it thru a 4x12, and a 10 band eq in the loop with an overdrive pedal in front although it doesnt need an od, gain on 4.5 with the od pedal it sounds pretty sick. I want to get the friedman irx pedal and run it into the iridium in the future.
I loved mine, got great tones out of it until it would just stop working on me during gigs. Halfway through a set it would refuse to produce any sound. Then once back home it was fine again. Sold it after it happened on the 2nd gig. Shame as it was a fine piece of kit!
Same happened to me. 3 months in it broke. Got sent a second unit, it also malfuntioned. Sent that one back too. Got my third unit now but I don't dare to take it on gigs because I feel that it can't be trusted anymore. Too bad though, it did sounded great!
@frankierockson ...that fucking sucks dude...I have the iridium, haven't had any problems yet but I don't take it out of my house. Was stupid expensive I think, I actually can't believe I bought it for 800 fucking dollars.
mahh hybrid sound ,no sense , mic and cabinet for this box too much complicate !!. at this Point i buy an normal combo valve amp is better or an digital processor .
