Tomb Kings have reached the point of being power crept. I hope they get a DLC giving them Mage Lords, buffs to their Constructs and a few units. I heard they can't use new units from Old World but surely they can still find something for them.
Maybe on campaign. Multiplayer the power creep is usually just right when a DLC comes out. Then they patch it (4.1) and it’s kind of a crap shoot of what factions are good and bad.
No way. They're only a maybe a heirotitan buff and The Restless Dead nerf revert away from being unbearably strong again (and its not like they're in a weak state) Gotta remember Bretonnia is also still a powerhouse and being piloted by Subutai here.
What's with the weird Tomb Kings resurgence? I'm not complaining, I think the bone boys are cool as hell, but it seems like everybody's playing them even though they haven't gotten anything in the way of updates recently.
Screaming skull or two just to help ease the grind, take out the foot squires. I agree with the Ushabti Greatbow as an idea, I think they'd do well, would kind of force you into a defensive playstyle though. Necropilis Knights, with some good infantry support maybe they could win, but you'd need to pick and choose engagements very carefully.
This was fun to watch. The Bretonnia starting army was massive. Some Tomb King artillery would have been cool to see, with the rattling lid and the ... WTF is that coming out of that coffin?... What terror-rout "mortis engine" effect does the Tomb Kings have against massive chaff legions?
I'm a simple man: I see tomb kings, I press like. P.s.: buff constructs and chariots, they're too niche or outright useless (ushabti greatbows are fine)
Hey Turin, sorry for the off-topic but you're the expert and I don't know who else to ask: do you know of any mods that can alter the per-player scaling for Domination? What I mean is, whenever we want to play with friends but have uneven teams (2v1, 3v2 etc) the game just doesn't support it because even though you can use house rules to deal with the initial funds, the supplies gained once the battle starts are still equal for all players, which means the team with the most players will get more supplies per second. So far I've found no solution to the problem.
Tomb Kings and Bretonnia are getting new stuff in Old World. I would really like to see these in TWW3!! Warriors of Chaos are getting Chosen Chaos Knights !!!
Man if we just got a solid regular Ushabti buff. You look at what they are and their cost and their stats are just too low. Even their bonus vs infantry is a really tiny bonus. Against a large unit? They basically can't hit.
I know the list of bugs and things that need fixing is miles long, but hopefully CA can get something done for single entities hit detection. Fun watch as always Turin.
