This one hit really hard.... I've been in this super lost mind state as of late. I just turned 43 and have worked for 19 years at a shipping company. Everyday it's like the movie "Ground Hog Day" with the same old stuff. I wake up as a robot and go through most of my day in the same manner. I keep grounded by working out A LOT and utilizing cold showers, breathing techniques, etc but I'm still lost. This video gave me perspective though, something hit different. Today is the first day of the rest of my life, I will change.... Thanks and much respect...

Tu Lam is very quickly becoming one of my largest inspirations. We have basically nothing in common as far as our upbringing, experiences, culture, country or the way we speak but he is still extremely relatable.

I shed tears of truth watching this, so direct to my heart, the place of spirit. This man is a true inspiration!

What makes his statements so believable and memorable is that he remains cool, calm, collected, but is also able to display emotion. You feel his genuine authenticity while you listen. No hyperbole, no judgment, just him and his growth through life's challenges story. Great stuff.

This hit pretty damn hard. In a few months I hit 20 years being apart of the EMS field, that’s in conjunction with 14 years in the military. The way Tu Lam described how he felt really resonated within me, I’m feeling the same. Mornings are the worst for me and the tiredness follows me thru out the day, discipline is no joke and if you let your enemies…..the demons from within keep you down, you’ll never experience the true joy this world has to offer….even if it’s crumbling all around us. Stay strong!

I retired at 30 years. Beat down and older, in the dark. Thank you for this. God bless you. You may have saved me…….I want to go help in Ukraine. My body says no, but my heart says go. I’m 60, and feel so damn unimportant, so useless. So physically hurt. I fought from Panama, Desert Storm, Iraq and multiple deployments to Afghanistan. How do we turn it off and still feel important?

Hats off to all the people that never gave up or gave in to the restraints that they, the elitists are trying to do to imprison us for their corrupt ways of power-seeking as to be accepted and praised. Rise every day, especially when you don't want to, cause that's what makes you who you are and who you are to be. We need now more than anytime in history those retired soldiers and those that have any righteousness of consciousness, and that know what is actually being done by the elitists to own everything that they do not own. Those that understand, understand, and those that do not at moment or present, shall.

I’m at a very deep low place deep within me, so much stress pressure anxiety so many dead lines to meet bills to pay high end responsibilities to take care of and I’m broken wasted hurting dying inside ! Yes I have my faith in God, but I’m at the point I say God I am done with everything ! Now so much depression is going on I’m feeling dark cold angry at so much all the time ! Inside myself I want to kill everything hurting me ! My body is in so much pain and the doctors give me no pain medication ! I’m taking pills all the time to just take the edge off and it’s never enough ! I pray and meditate and have faith and trust God but because of everything I’m going through I am just done and want to rest ! Your video was inspiring to me, but I’m going through so much no one knows ! I have no one to talk to anymore. No one really understands what I’m going through ! I do not want to quit or give up , I have this powerful presence of a warrior in me that keeps screaming at me from within to shut up and go forward never give up fight and make yourself get out of all this darkness get strong kill the depression and deal with the demons ! Fight yo the end keep going take the sword of the spirit of God and use it against the lies of the ones wanting you dead ! The victory is yours now keep fighting until you get through it all AMEN !

I’ve been there 20 years of them… 1998-2018 bmc Surfman374 I tried to end my life the night before my retirement ceremony 2018 with pills unfortunately that was the third time I tried first time after my 1st wife left me. 2005/06 She had cheated on me. Second time was after 2nd wife who cheated on me left 2014. Fast forward to hurricane Harvey and all the rescues I was again facing my final surgery still require more btw had my surgery then the night before retirement swallowed the pills I was prescribed fast forward 3 yrs ago 2019 I shook pills 2021 shook the alcohol. Now 6 months sober been here been to the pit of hell lost all of it divorced again I’m not gonna try and end my life! And that divorce happened back in June of this year! I also lost my company gator-Gripp rack systems lost it all because pills I was prescribed I had 10 major surgeries had to learn to walk again twice. Lost 120lbs and came back! And have not looking back! Moving forward! 24/7-365 #afrasgoldmedal #fvcatherinem I will say this in 2018 up to 6 months ago I used Dabs, then Hydroponics, and finally CBD/hemp the last two years till 6 months ago none at all! Last fall stopped drinking and back in 2019 ended all pharmaceutical as prescribed drugs if I can you can! Unfortunately I also ended up in County Jail 100days from April - July 2022 for possession of hemp concentrate unfortunately I tried reporting a crime and was the one who took the fall! True story I called 911, City Police, and the FBI the night before I was arrested unfortunately chasing a cop car on highway then having them follow me home to report the crime the next morning wasn’t the best way to try and get help! Because I ended up being arrested. Yes it was CBD concentrate yes I’m 100% Disabled Yes 100% combat related ptsd anxiety depression insomnia had to Learn to walk again twice got a gold medal at Whitehouse saved between our team saved 20-30,000lives in 20 years military service on top of that worked human trafficking anti terrorism narcotics I was a federal law enforcement officer small arms instructor had a blast but took pills the whole time. I have the same problem. Can get off for almost 2 years and than i'm using again. It almost end up my carrier as a fighter. Now I'm being treated by psychiatrist, but she add more meds. I said no doc i want to stop using. Than i found out that I'm for more than probably have 3 mental illness. Manic bipolar disorder, antisocial disorder and severe anxiety disorder. I said no way. I feel fine. Then she asset me. And yes i almost 90% has the traits of those conditions. Than i said i never going to get of those meds. She said you can buy you cannot stop it immediately. You'll have a seizure and you could die. Bullshit i thought in my mind. Then i stop it immediately. The 3rd day i had a seizure and collapsed in the shower. My dad heart it and break the door.. i was on the floor. My dad put his fingers in my mouth cus i almost bite of my tongue. I rushed into hospital already in a coma. I was treated in mental institution for 9 months. If you have the same problems like me. Go see a psychiatrist or you'll end up dead. Benzo is more dangerous than heroin

I'm not impressed, culture tradition, conventional, it loaves little room for creativity. Guess it works for him,commando, druggie,traditionalist now he has Spirits talking to him. Maybe he should become a real spiritual warrior and read the bible, become civilized, I am a native American, raised as a traditionalist, honored, elder status, found christianity with the help of the Almighty, called sanctified glorified, ordained by God the Father for a Holy Priesthood.. I love all of u!!☝🏼Up to Date, August 22..A lot of my knowledge has come through living it (TERROR/ below HELL- from the depression/ meth/ paranoia/ watched my mom pass away slowly a few years ago) at a very high level according to my multiple doctors (I’m N:Ow sober from Alcohol and Crystal Meth for over 14 months and 25 days at this moment, Thanks to the moment/ moment help of CBT and DBT skills!! ALL of you that have been there for me throughout this whole crazy journey….(MENTAL ILLNESS/ Wellness (if your lucky and do the Work) Kaiser Facilities> I’ve visited, stayed at some of the following >Woodland Hills, downtown Los Angeles (51/50 stay), Simi Valley, Lancaster (multiple I.O.P’s= Intensive outpatient program), and that doesn’t count the olive view hospital in Sylmar ER/ 72 hour hold) I went to before I had Kaiser insurance) I’ve seen throughout my battle/ past 3.5 years) and not just reading a book on “how” it tells, which I do respect, but I’m uncommon amongst the common now, my goal is to be “uncommon amongst the Uncommon”- D Goggins, so I know ALL about true suffering and true PAIN/ Addiction/ Mental illness, because I live it on a moment to moment basis...but I also now know on the other side of true pain and suffering is this glorious life I N:Ow have (and will N:oW die for) and am becoming….(How Can I be of Service ?)💚
