Can't wait for season 4 😍. I loved season 3 more than season 2. My Ranking 1. Season 3 2. Season 1 3. Season 2 But hey justice for black noir hopefully he's alive in season 4 and hopefully we'll get season 4 in 2023 because they starting to shooting season 4 in August. I loved the finale because of the ending but I do feel like Herogasam should've been the finale. I think season 5 will be the final season because we know kripke's plan
@@bingewatcherfanatic996 hey I love the MCU movies and shows they are pretty special to me and I watched them and enjoy them. But The Boys is just definitely one of the best superhero shows right now. Also Invincible is great too definitely worth a watch.
There’s going to be a big surprise still. Victoria injected her daughter with the blue serum of a compound V. Will she take over for her mother if she dies?
Speculation for Black Noir, do his powers include regeneration? We saw that Soldier Boy bashed his brains in, he healed quickly from his fight with Kimiko, and he survived a blast head on. Idk but to me I think Noir is coming back, Edgar has had him in his pocket for a reason.
Black Noir doesn’t have an advanced form of regeneration to where he can grow back lost limbs or regrow internal organs or healing damage that was done to the right side of his face, because if that was the case, he wouldn’t be wearing a Mask to hide his disfigured face.
Now that Butcher is on limited time it’s gonna be fun to see how for he will go to get things done, this is the start of Butchers Villain arc and also JUSTICE FOR NOIR
I hope black noir isn't actually dead. I can see him surviving bc he has from everything else in the past. Hopefully he is actually alive qnd then actually helps the boys later go at homelander.
@West of Whatever that would be cool or they could make a homelander clown with black noirs memories. But at the same time I don't see why vought would want to bring back noir that badly.
The Boys has definitely been one hell of a ride so far. I love the MCU so much and can not wait for more from them. But The Boys is definitely my one of favourite superhero shows on TV !
I actually can see the empathy for homelander when he’s by himself and he talks about wanting to be loved and wishing he knew his father, and wanting to raise his son, he’s still twisted but I just love how the show isn’t black and white and deals with the nuances of society
Yes. Being lonely justifies murder. Him having reasoning for his bs isn’t to feel sympathy, it’s just to build his character. He’s still the bastard he’s always been since the first episode. That last scene of the last episode is evidence enough. He killed someone in cold blood and everybody is so fucked that they justified it.
Also knowing all of this then when he is at his happiness he has a father but then soldier boy says he's a disappointment which In itself solder boy is admitting to his father that he was right and that there both disappointments so yea kinda end up feeling bad for both even though there awful human beings. But all in all it's more of understand then empathy cause obviously none of what he is deserves any sympathy.
@@cngotham4111 bro when soldier boy went "you are like me" I was like oh oh oh!!! I imidately knew he was gonna follow it up with "you are a disappointment" just by the grimace on his face. Tbh I would not be disappointed if soldier boy begins to reform after seeing Homelander or if he just gets worse (if they decide to use him again) as I feel it could go either way but mostly towards getting worse
The season was great, but I didn't like the decision they made at the end when Soldier Boy fought against Butcher. And we couldn't get that Epic rematch between Homelander and SoldierBoy.
Personally I feel like it’s good but the last episode felt off for some reason, but it’s definitely my favorite season. But I don’t understand how this show could even possibly go longer than 1 or 2 more seasons Edit: Also Starlight getting all powerful to do very little damage annoyed me a bit.
It was off bc of the lack of consequences, poor pay off for good setups, inconsistencies and the boys are pretty much at the same point that they started at
Well next season will definally have them deal and maybe kill the head popper. And even when they kill off homelander which might be season 5 there still could be other villain plus solderboy still is around they also could bring back a robo Nazi and fake the news with StormFront. Who knows as for character development butcher might be become a super to save his life (probably won't be his choice but Hughie or someone else) so there's a story that could lead to character development then there's homelander and his son bonding which could easily be a 2 or more seasons worth of development. I mean it's not to hard to imagine more then 2 seasons but at the same time it's easily imaginable so who knows.
The ending was such a let down, the turn against SB after everything, the sheer inclusion of SB to stick him back in a tube at the end. Definitely expected more hell to break loose for the finale
Loved every episode of this season except for the finale. Everything felt super rushed and didn’t really make sense towards the end. It felt like they didn’t know to end it so we just ended up being right back where started at the beginning of this season. Also the buildup to the giant fight they had made no sense when literally no one died. Like I get that they’re superpowered and are able to withstand more damage but at what point does damage dealt outweigh how much they can withstand? What happened to all the consequences? The only person that died was Black Noir and he didn’t even get to put up a fight. There’s just so many plot holes about how things happened and no answers as to why they did. Hopefully they’ll explain it next season. The finale was probably my least favorite episode of The Boys so far. The rest of the season was great tho.
If Butcher only has a year to live or so, i wonder if season four will either be the last season or end on a cliffhanger for season five which will be the last
To be honest I didn’t like that they made Maeve last that long against homelander, yes it was to retire her character but is Maeve had a few month of training she could beat homelander, that kinda proves homelander isn’t that strong enough heroes can kill him
I mean Homelander isn’t that powerful like he is in the Comic Book where he literally one shotted Queen Maeve with a single punch. I guess the writers made her just as powerful as Homelander and also made her a vastly better fighter than he is, but due to her fear of him, she probably had a mental blockage that was holding her back, hence the fact that she was genuinely surprised that she was able to actually damage Homelander and make his nose bleed.
Homelander will be deaf in his right ear right? I'm glad that Maeve survived that shit and also soldier boy. Season 4 will be a fucked up and amazing szn
I didn't like how Mother's Milk was trying to throw down with Soldier Boy at the Herogasm party. I totally understand his reasons. But it's like dude, maybe try to come up with something a little more effective than just putting your fists up? Especially when he knows Soldier Boy could kill him with one punch to the head. Then he'll really never get to see his family again...
Each season I start to love Butcher even more. The writing for his character is really great, episode 7 really made me love his character. The Hughie and Butcher relationship is also really great. Now I do wonder since most of the 7 are dead (RIP Black Noir), retired, or left, is Homelander going to look for replacements that support his actions like Stormfront. Can't wait for season 4.
This season is so good, I kinda got into the boys late probably late into season 2 but man I'm so glad I started watching it because this season is absolutely amazing and I'm so excited for season 4....billy the butcher is slowly becoming one of my favorite hero's or anti-heros of all time, at least the billy the butcher from the TV show that is
Love The Boys! Disappointed about the Noir conclusion though. All the build up and backstory, then he dies like that. Didn't even get the reunion between him and Soldier Boy. Almost feels like it was all for nothing.
I honestly think black noir is going to kill Homelander just like in the comics cuz they did say that there's a possibility that black noir could come back but maybe as a clone or a cyborg something like that and he's probably going to want revenge on homelander but I don't know that's what I think is going to happen and then he's going to probably get killed by butcher but I don't know
That Disney + analogy you made is crazy. The mcu needs to just stick to movies to be great I think. The boys is one of the few adaptations way better than the original comic
This show deserves movie budgets for each episode. They do so much without that Disney money behind it. This tops it all for hero shit. This is top tier 🔥
I have a feeeling Ryan will take out homelander and hughie will have to take out butcher because butcher will want to kills all the supes even if they didn’t do anything wrong “only good supe is a dead supe “
Awesome I can’t wait for season 4 I think they are going to end it like the comic book also #justicefornoir so sad but it might return as a zombie .peace maker and the boys favorite shows this year
One of the problems I have with this season is that obtaining the Compound V was way too easy. Like starlight just walked up in there and that was it. So you're telling me that there is a serum that can turn anyone into a supe and they just got it chilling there for any employee to grab it and go.
I think butcher will end up having compound V injected into him. I think the head popper is the main villian for season 4 and season 5 will probably be someone different.
I was a little mixed with the finale because I thought for sure Homelander and Soldier boy would team up then the only hope is Black noir and the Boys. But then Black noir got killed off, I wished we get to see more of Homelander vs Butcher but that’s not what I got. Oh well cant wait to see s4
Homelander is easily my favorite character. He's got many layers. I kinda hope they turn him into to more of an anti hero because I can sympathize with him, he just got demons and insecurities like we all do.
What I want the show to end on is an Avengers: Infinity War stayle battle where all the 'heros' including the Deep, A-Train, etc. team up to take down homelander and bring their talent to the fight.
The boys is one of my favorite shows and now to top it all off they brought my favorite character ever Dean Winchester into it, can’t wait to see more of him!!
The overall season has been pretty good, but there are only 2 things I'd change in this series, I wouldn't have killed supersonic or black noir, I hate they killed supersonic, he served no purpose in this series at all, he could've actually be developed into a actual character instead of shock value, I would also kill mave instead of black noir too
from season 1 of The Boys, I could never watch any other superhero movies or series the same again. What I dislike about this season is how they treat stormfront. if you don't have anything special for her just kill her off at season 2 finale, rather than unceremoniously make her su*cide. It shows the lack of planning from the writing staffs. That's why I'm not surprised when Soldier Boy and Maeve still alive, in case the writers came up with something. If don't well... they can just "stormfront" them. Also when Butcher goes against Soldier Boy in the final battle seems a bit Daenaerys. He could just said "hey, leave the kid." I think Soldier Boy wouldn't mind especially after Buthcer tell him that Ryan is his wife's son. No need to fight him.
How strong is black noir in the comics? Superhuman Strength: Black Noir is strong enough to kill Homelander, needing just one punch to completely destroy his jaw. He is stronger than Homelander, who could hurl a fighter jet with one hand and kill Queen Maeve with just one punch.
Season 3 was great, the finale was disappointing and inconsistent. So black noir can survive having soldier boy literally beat his brains out, survived an explosion and a gut punch kills him? Granted from homelander but noir deserved better. And mave had her powers wiped out halfway down a 100 story fall and survived, powerless, yet soldier boy was knocked out long enough for CIA to grab him, gas him and lock him up. Oh the same gas mave could escape from soldier who's stronger can't break free? And they finally had homelander dead to rights and butcher turns on soldier boy, the one guy who kept his word, even willing to kill his own off spring. And yah soldier boy isnt a good person but CIA wants soldier boy locked up but homelander can go around killing anyone he wants no worries. Season 4 will start with the same plot as season 3, the boys going after homelander and Victoria. They could of had soldier boy depower homelander and Ryan take him and save him and season 4 is homelander trying to get his powers back and Ryan going after the boys for what they did to homelander. Just could of ended better in my opinion.
This season was frankly terrible. The show went nowhere. We are basically just back where we started. SB came back, did nothing other than killing a few side characters, in the end only to be captured and placed on ice again. how did Maeve survive a fall from such a height after SB's blast would have taken her powers away? I'm still scratching my head thinking about it. They turned Black Noir into a whimp and then killed him off for no real reason other than to have a shock scene at the end of the show. The Deep is forever stuck in a redemption arc, Starlight is useless. All that burst of power just to knock SB on his back for a second or two. Just so many issues..... They turned homelander into a whimp too. In seasons 1 and 2 I was legit afraid of homelander. in season 3 he really lost that
This is by far my favorite channel. I love moves and TV so much and you always have such interesting insights..... but with all due respect sir you are gonna get Jensen Ackels' name right
Still salty that black noir isn’t the terrifying murder machine like he is in the comics. Antony Starr as black noir would’ve been 100X scarier than him as homelander
Sutimes is forget Seth rogen is exec producer of this .. it's amazing how it's a whole new baby every character takes on a life of its own ..... I can't wait for the spin off . Love this
Next season will have them pushing the kid to be Homelander’s sidekick of some sort but his son will be getting all the attention to the point where Ryan is speaking down on Homelander making him feel like a loser thus triggering his jealousy of his son causing a bit of resentment, Homelander starts hitting Ryan to show dominance cause Ryan to push him away and back to Butcher but with Butcher being close to dying he will tell Ryan the truth about everything They get closer like a real father and son and he start training him proper to finally take down Homelander Plot twist Maeve got pregnant with Butchers kid and she’s taking care of it with her girlfriend wherever they are
I'm hoping that Butcher doesn't die, but winds up taking compound V and takes on Homelander and becomes a Superhero but not like others. He keeps the same attitude.
