Cate has regeneration like all Supes do. She grew her arm back eventually. The regeneration factor seems to vary between Supes, some may not have it at all, high powered supes have quite a bit of it.
@@jwtwfv I think he meant like, how it looked and not necessarily what V is. Cause while it was on the news and she works for Vought, it doesn’t necessarily mean she’d know what it’d look like.
@@Green1sh01 Can't remember if this was in the show itself or not but one of those fake Vought News Report videos has an image of V on it. Think it's fair to assume given how unique it looks, that Hughie's mom works for Vought and because she knows Hughie fights superheroes/Vought, she could piece it together.
@@kurapees I see where you're coming from, but I have to disagree. I'm sorry but just "assuming" that a bright blue liquid in a random vial is V and that her son somehow happened to have that and somehow she knew he had brought it there to cure his dad of a terminal case is a huge stretch. I love this show, but the writing this season has definitely taken a dip in quality. She is basically an MLM employee for vaught. Absolutely no way she would know what it looks like or how it's applied to make supes. For all she knows it's could be a drink but she KNEW to inject it into the IV.
@@aarynpd6576 Again, V has been shown on the news. It's a vial of liquid the same distinct blue as V, Hughie told her he's been fighting Vought. Desperation then moved her to act as she explained. I am hoping for a little more time on that last bit, it was a huge mistake. But ye I believe it. You almost never see drinks that kind of blue and you certainly don't see them in vials.
Also Hughie showed up with it in his pocket right after finding out his dad was going to die. With context clues in mind also, it's really not that out there. My one legit gripe with the episode is how Butcher had the time to do what he did at the end.
jdm is definitely not real you can tell by the look the dude gave at the end like “ who tf you talking to” the parasite in butcher is definitely making him crazy
thats what i am SAYING!! at end butcher says make us more.... n guy dont see negan, just him....he said what do u want to butcher not both what do yall want n jdm is clean n uhhhhh just appears at barn???? no one sees him....ppl dont see get this are just dull dumb reactors!!!
at end butcher says make us more.... n guy dont see negan, just him....he said what do u want to butcher not both what do yall want n jdm is clean n uhhhhh just appears at barn???? no one sees him....ppl dont see get this are just dull dumb reactors!!!
@@john79taxidriver20when he said us, the guy looked right at Joe. That’s either him acknowledging Joe is there or just looking at the door bc he wants to leave. This scene is 0 evidence one way or the other
Kessler is definitely an hallucination, I think Becca and him are the angel and the devil on Butcher’s shoulders. Becca being the angel that tries to get Butcher to do good and take Ryan away from Homelander. Kessler being the devil that drags Butcher down to a darker path. I honestly believe Kessler will play a role in the super parasite inside Butcher too.
Could be just coincidence, but given that Karl Urban and Antony Starr are Kiwis, there was a New Zealand comedy/horror movie made called Black Sheep and it was about killer sheep. Also one of the main characters from that movie played a main character in Outrageous Fortune, who was best friends with one of the twin characters that Antony Starr played in Outrageous Fortune. (what put him on the map before Banshee) Would be cool if it was a subtle nod anyways. Edit: and Frenchie's reply about fucking a sheep could be because some Aussies call us Kiwis "sheep shaggers" 😂
8:57 Because Kessler (Negan) isn't real, most likely. Just a projection caused by whatever is crawling around in Butcher, almost like a Venom situation. Haven't seen Kessler interact with anyone else, he has the same attitude and dirty mind as Butcher, etc. I wasn't sure until the end of this episode, but I think I'm right. Dude literally just shows up out of nowhere lol.
@@FlyinggMushroom sorry for your loss brother. the part that extra killed me with this one is when the pop said he was scared. had to hit pause and take a lap.
I lost my father to cancer 10 years ago, and this made me cry like a child because I could relate to how hughie must've felt when his father was back and then losing him again as I have had very vivid dreams of my father returning and it felt so real only to wake up to the actual reality, so I get how that feels.
What I love about the A-Train movie trailer is that it portrays the Will Ferrell trainer as the hero, not A-Train. This is in line with how Vought still has a racist undertone while being more slick with it. Or more open with it, such as the 'Black At It' thing.
I think the bunny is definitely supposed to be a parallel to Butcher, he was on Temp V just as he was. I also think the tentacles came out because the body wich couldnt move felt threatened, just like Butcher before blacking out fighting Ezechiel 👀 but the fact that he also took V is what healed him up after the tentacles coming out to kill him, just like the rabbit 🙃 man am i enjoying this season right now, my head is just theorizing in every way haha. And lastly, i cried personally, Hugh’s death was done so well and man this is gonna be big for Hughie’s character 🥲
at end butcher says make us more.... n guy dont see negan, just him....he said what do u want to butcher not both what do yall want n jdm is clean n uhhhhh just appears at barn???? no one sees him....ppl dont see get this are just dull dumb!!! now think nikki or steven picked up on it while editing...very obvious....
The girl that kept slapping the dude i didn't feel an anouce a sympathy for Ryan just said slap him three times and she decided she didn't want to stop which tells me he made that poor girl really uncomfortable and sexual harassment at the work place is so mot cool
Caite does have both arms. The Gecko character was having his limbs cut off at Vaught for regeneration experiments so it's established they can probably do it by now
The bunny scene was added to explain what was happening inside Butcher. There was a symbiote inside him because of the TempV but since he also took Compound V later, it was stabilised and did not kill him as in case of the bunny
What I am wondering is why Hughie seemingly does not have that parasite , considering he also used Temp V. Was it just simply because he used less amount than Billy?
@@themask8221 plus we dontvknow for how long the little Bundy was pumped with temp-V. Probably the parasite evolved because it was enjected for too long
Selling Voughtality sounds like MLM. It doesn't mean she works at Vought tower or knows anything else about the company besides their essential oils products. She probably ordered the products online and had them shipped to her home or went to a sellers conference at a Hampton Inn banquet room. Doesn't mean Hughie's mom "knows" much else about the company. Course she could have left Hughie & his dad and went to Vought so they could help her deal with her depression and they ended up making her head of R&D. Who knows.
@@NikkiStevenReactthe amount of suspicion and animosity you guys have against her makes it seem like you guys aren’t paying attention or are at least not internalizing the information that you’re seeing. you might’ve mentioned it in every video, but it clearly didn’t sink in or you would not have asked that question. she is clearly just a woman who struggled so greatly with being a mother that she had to leave and regrets not being strong enough to handle it or get help with every ounce of her being.
Can somebody explain to me? how the hell Butcher managed to snatch Sameer then have time to cut his leg? there were running and it was heat of seconds .
Simong Pegg literally gave a performance that was as great as it was disgusting. And what this gives is that feeling of showing ourselves in Hughie's arc to evolve it even further. And give him that sense of responsibility thanks to his father. 👏😭
FBI : “We scoured the property. We couldn’t find him” …. He was literally tied up the barn with his leg cut off. How the fuck could they not find him ? …and also how did Butcher do that in the 10 seconds between when they left the barn and Neuman noticing him missing ? That shit is somehow more unbelievable than the flying sheep 😂
at end butcher says make us more.... n guy dont see negan, just him....he said what do u want to butcher not both what do yall want n jdm is clean n uhhhhh just appears at barn???? no one sees him....ppl dont see get this are just dull dumb!!!
I get what he was saying with there being 3 supes, but those are flying super fast sheep. Starlight was having performance issues and kimiko doesn't really have good durability. I feel like she'd be a frisbee in the air. Idk about newman. With that speed and multiple sheep I wouldn't chance it.
Daphne previously mentioned when she showed up that she works with vought, so she probably knows what V is or at the very least heard whispers about it. Could be proven wrong but so far I think she's being genuine
@NikkiStevenReact nah prolly not im just making fun of the people who feel the need to post the same comment as 10 other people. Another great reaction BTW. Can't wait for next Thursday smh
For a preposterous series, Hughie Sr.'s death was masterfully done. Hughie's farewell to him was heartbreaking and heartwarming, and performances all around were brilliant. I do think that part of its effectiveness for me was because it reminded me of my own dad's death. I wasn't next to him when he died, but I said goodbye the last time he was conscious, then he drifted off to sleep. A few minutes after getting home, got the call that he had died... Anyway, this show tends to ruin emotional moments, so I give it credit for sticking to one through until the end of it.
9:29 How can they POSSIBLY blame Starlight for Ezekiel's murder when there's video evidence of her beating the crap out of Firecracker during the time of the murder. 25:10 I don't think I've ever heard Nikki scream so much in a single episode! I'm dying laughing and had to rewatch the scene multiple times. DEFINITELY make a short out of that one part. 😂😂😂 31:47 Cate should be able to hear A-Train's thoughts since she no longer takes her meds, so she should be able to know that he is really the leak.
I think Butcher's new power is the ability to warp reality and destroy ANYTHING that threatens him. Well, the cancer in him will destroy anything that threatens its host. This could be how he kills Homelander. In the season 4 finale, Homelander will snap and kill a couple of thousand people and The Boys will try to stop him. At the last moment, Butcher will step up, a crooked smile on his face, and say, "Let's dance". Fade to black and all we hear is that horrible squishy sound with Homelander (and Butcher) screaming. See ya next season.
More and more, I believe Joe Kessler is just a figment of Butcher's imagination, like Becca. You *never* see him interact with anything. Usually it's just he and Butcher alone. And in this episode Sameer looked over at the doorway like "Who are you talking to?!"
Nikki should write a childrens book or comic. Not sure what the lesson of a mass murderer Rapunzel is but it could be cool. The phasing punch was in the Flash. Indiana Jones Temple of Doom had heart grab. Also Hughie did a similar punch with his teleport power in S3.
i genuinely don’t understand the suspicion of hughie’s mom. it’s so strange to watch, i had absolutely no suspicion of her at all. maybe its because you guys forgot that she has been mentioned before, but its just so confusing. of COURSE she’s being genuine, lol. her entire speech last episode conveys that
Hi. My son (11 years old) and I love watching your movie reactions. He has a sever learning disability so when he gets frustrated with things we dive into one of your reactions and it makes him smile. I have a strange request. The Polar Express is our favorite Christmas movie and I was hoping you could react to it. I know Christmas is still six months away but I am not going to be here when it comes next. I have terminal Pancreatic cancer and I only have a few months left to enjoy with my amazing boy. I have roughly four months left. I am spending as much time as I can with my boy and he is aware of the situation. Somedays I think he is stronger than me. He has kept me going longer than I should have lasted. Please if you can allow me to share your reaction to our favorite movie with my son. If you cannot because of the metrics that RU-vid runs on I can understand that. Keep doing what you are doing. We love your content. Have a great day.
It's a really horrible irony that Hughie would forgive ATrain for running through Robin and killing her only for the reason he forgives ATrain to be what causes his own father to run through other people and kill them. And it's, in part, Hughie's fault. He and ATrain have had such great character development that they've evolved to kinda be on the same level in terms of trauma and darkness that has seeped into their lives. Flipping ATrain now would be so interesting because he and Hughie can truly understand each other.
I'm sure it will be easy for Cate to hide the arm being gone. She always wears gloves, and it was past the elbow on her left arm. She didn't really use it in he episode. She just waved with her right arm.
Such a crazy great and funny episode lol! Those sheep made me laugh so hard, good one. _Old McDonald had a farm..._ 😁 Also Starlight has a bloody V on her top while at the farm, that sure means something? 🤔 Love the reaction, very entertaining, as always! *That worm/parasite behaves and reminds me SO much of the Goa'uld from Stargate, I hope the writers made in something similar. It would be a great idea.
Homelanders CAN see, hear, etc., anything in the world. However, he needs to focus his attention on an individual to pick them out of the "white noise" of the crowd.
So the whole tailoring digital product placement due to demographics is a real thing. Amazon wanted to do it in this series and the creators said absolutely not….But thanks for letting us know because we’re going to make fun of it now.
My mom recently had a stroke and now dementia due to the stroke, so this episode really hit me hard. Simon Pegg was brilliant in this episode. But, at least we got V'ed up sheep for a bit of comic relief.
You guys need to react to banshee. Anthony Starr was amazing way before this. Anyway love your reactions. Stay cool beautiful people. Love from Scotland x
I just want to know how they got all the animals of the same species to have the same powers. Humans are all different, maybe not if they’re related, so maybe all the sheep come from the same parents, but i still find it weird that they all fly and eat people.
I can see why people are theorizing Joe being a hallucination, but I completely believe the writers are intentionally misleading us, making us think he is a hallucination when he is actually there and it’s just by chance he’s only around when butcher is alone. At the end, the guy looked right as Joe when butcher mentioned he was gonna make (them) more.
the worms in the rabbit was the "V eating worms" and why they cameout likes this is butcher still have V in his blood and the worm he have eats the V in his body but it need realylong for 1 worm!
I'm like 80% sure that Kessler is a hallucination and the weird tentacle thing that came out the the rabbit is also in butcher and giving him the hallucinations.
I think the twist is going to be that Hugh's mother will actually be good. She has no hidden agenda just human emotions and a need to be there for her son.
I said this on another reaction. But I think Negans is in butchers head. Like the devil on his shoulder and his wife is the angel You never see Negan interact with anyone but butcher
