We've seen soldier boy fatigued. When has homelander had that? Infact what damage has homelander actually taken in the show?

He's basically homelander without the super senses and heat vision. Super strength is one hell of a drug.

@@TechMaestro01 I don't how reliable the story is but he was offered captain America but turned it down do to supernatural but went back to him to play Hawkeye and turned that down also. It's a shame he turned down Hawkeye he would of been perfect fit for that role.

@@ssjhasuun4177 Maybe, Soldier Boy might know something about Vought that Homelander doesn't, something that might change Homelanders opinion of the company. Either way it will be interesting, in the comics Soldier Boy is unbelievably durable, impossible to kill like Homelander. He's also physically nearly at HL's level too. This could be a decent match up in the show if that's how they go..

@@nbamma his physical strength and durability is nearly that of homelander. And with his new chest cannon that seems to weaken/ temp remove super powers he is the best shot against homelander.

In this universe soldier boy is said to be either close to or equal in durability and strength to homelander. Top it off his ability to basically dampen a supes powers. So he would have a bit of an edge over homelander. Either way with their egos I can imagine we may see a bit of clash of titans here soon enough

@@Blazethespacewizard The deadliest nerve agent is only a tranquilizer to Soldier Boy. Soldier Boy is the strongest supe. Stan Edgar will delight in revealing that to Homelander. Homelander had never been harmed in any way until he suffered his first bruise only after being in proximity to Soldier Boy radiation. After his second exposure to Soldier Boy radiation in Vought Tower, Maeve was able to bloody his nose and then rupture his eardrum with a mere piece of metal. Homelander is lucky Ryan convinced him to get the hell out of Dodge toot sweet, because rested Soldier Boy was going to kill him. Homelander couldn't even escape Soldier Boy's grasp until Ryan lasered Soldier Boy.. Note how Soldier Boy grabbed attacking Kimiko by the throat without evening looking in her direction. He has Daredevil level echolocation or some sort of superhuman proprioception to do that given how fast Kimio moves. He also gave Butcher a beatdown Homelander couldn't.

He doesn't even have to give full blast. Just being in proximity to Soldier Boy is bad for supes because of his radiation. This is why Homelander suffered his first injury, a bruise, only after being near Soldier Boy. The Homelander could have lasered his ass five times in the time that it took for him to charge that energy blast. If anything I'm more interested and can it nullify A- Train's power and then he can come back with full use of his powers when the blast wears off

@@abdired3299 I've seen enough to know that Homelander has a stronger laser vision then Billy Butcher plus can move at supersonic speeds. You see they have to hold him just to get enough time to let Soldier Boy build up his energy blast and he still ain't him with it and the season is over.
