This was a very talented and smart writing band. They didn't get their due credit and attention though. They were overshadowed by The Killers but they were up there with them and The Strokes. It is a shame they couldn't continue, Im sure they'd fill the gap that the Killers have been leaving quite nicely. Not to knock on the Killers, just saying theyve gone on hiatus and then came back with a new sound. The Bravery could come back and do well now.
Sam was such a great front man. Unique voice and charisma. Glad I got to catch them at Hard Rock Cafe Live in NYC when they were breaking out. They have 3 or 4 songs that were up there with anything that the Killers did. Bravery rocked!!
@kittybrainzzzz Lostprophets harmonized their vocals, but they're a different band entirely ... and tainted by their lead singer ... but just listen to their early albums with only the music in mind.
I've never heard a live version of this before now. There's a lot of production in the original so I didn't know what to expect live, but damn this is pretty good. Too bad they called it quits

I'm 11 years late here, but there's definitely some heavy pitch correction on their vocal chain. No human on the planet can sing perfectly in tune like that. But it creates a nice effect that fits their style well! :)
