Main dough: 180g high-gluten flour, 40g sugar, 40g syrup, 7g salt, 25g milk powder, 2 eggs, water? , 60 grams of butter
After the medium-sized dough has risen, put it together with the other ingredients and knead the dough. The reason why there is a question mark about water is to choose whether to add water or not based on the condition of the dough. If your eggs are large, you basically don’t need to add water. I used 110 grams of two eggs, and then I didn’t add any more water. If the dough is not soft enough after mixing, add some more water. Just master this flexibly yourself.
