I completely agree with you with the idea of people should stop calling each other "brother, sister or any kind of family term" However in a way I think people throw these terms out to kind of trap other people in. It's the same message used in fraternities and sororities and even some businesses to bond strangers to create a "strong" community. But if you ever step out of line or try to leave it's a whole ordeal, and if you do successfully leave they will cut you out and claim you were never part of them in the first place. It's like a scare tactic that these people/organizations use to make sure they never get backstabbed but it's a false pretense that they setup and then they act the victim when the other person was just being friendly it's like the ultimate simp move.

@ClubHop As a fan of Tigerbelly and Tfatk, I don't think it's just khalyla. She's wrong for publicly making a joke about someone in Bobby's circle. If she had a problem, she could have dealt with it 6 years ago, and if she has a problem now, in-person in private. Brendan and Bryan shouldn't go and berate Bobby over the phone to someone they consider a close friend.

David is spot on with everything he said except that Schaubs new special is better than his first one. The gringo Papi is considerably worse and it’s only 25 min. Also another great point is if schaub wasn’t so sensitive about being made fun of he would be much more likeable

The defamation trial of Amber Heard and Jonny Depp is just so outlandish I can't believe it's real. The fact that the Ghislaine Maxwell trial was not publicly aired b/c it was too sensitive for public viewing-really shows how were only shown selective matters that are of unimportance. Plus, her facial expressions on the stand is too caricaturist to be sincere. Her acting in movies is better.
That's not why the Maxwell trial wasn't publicly aired. Cameras aren't allowed in Federal Court, where that trial was being held. Y’all should google why the judge wears a robe and why sketch artists still exist!!! I also heard a lawyer say that a judge has to remain impartial, and by putting on a robe and having judges wear the same black attire, is like them saying they are now being an impartial judge to enact the law - it’s a symbol to remove their personal prejudices and biases. It would also be weird if the judges wore their personal clothes bcos the jury, parties, public could make unfair assumptions about the judge’s fairness.
I can’t seem to avoid the news regarding the actor Simu Liu. Between his unsolicited criticism of Elon Musk’s spending to a seemingly endless display of him voicing his anger on XYZ, it’s a challenge to associate him with anything that would be productive for his career. I recently read about Steve Harvey’s bit depicting Asian men as ‘angry Asian.’ Although I can laugh and cackle at the expense of my background, I can’t help but cringe on that specific topic and hope that stereotype would fizzle out-Oh, look, another article about Simu Liu being angered about something.

Schaub is not funny, was on the heel of two failed comedy specials, and getting discussed by fellow comedians who've been playing nice for years in spite of his bad comedy and bad behavior. He handled it not just badly, but tried to threaten legends with legal actions because of his insecurities. In my opinion, probably worth ostracizing him, but at the very least everyone should be aware of his behavior. Imagine at a company party this guy has tried to hook up with a couple of different girls in the office some of the guys wives he's notorious for being a unproductive employee but he's friends with the boss and after another failed project he starts threatening other employees with legal action. In my opinion dude Bookers should start turning their back on the guy if they actually value their relationship with quality comedians.
