You know the legacy of a movie when you walk into a Barnes & Nobles clearance section. Unsold Wish merchandise, thousands of Lego sets attributed to Disney properties and IPs, and tons of Pixar merchandise dedicated to activity books and such. It's like walking next to a graveyard each time you enter inside.

If Inside Out 2 is disappointing like a lot of Pixar sequels have been, it’s Joever for Pixar.

I'm now concerned about Deadpool and Wolverine because of this. It releases near the tail end of summer and people have lost faith in Marvel, so I fear it might not do well.

It's crazy that back in 2014 the only non ip or sequel Top Grossing movie was Interstellar and in 2004 Shrek 2, Prisoner of Azkaban Spiderman 2, Meet the Fockers and Ocean's Twelve were the only sequels in the top ten grossing movies of the year.

Idk from what I’ve seen inside out 2 seems like a rehash of the first movie but instead of one emotion trying to take control of Riley’s emotions it’s all the new emotions but mainly anxiety with joy and the other emotions having to go back to the headquarters after they get sent to inside Riley’s mind place thingy

I won’t mind incredibles 3 as long as the underminer is the main villain. Also budgets need to be lowered and advertising lowered a bit. I mean it is important to make stuff cheaply.

Imaginary Friends was actually a really good movie. John Krasinski can actually make really good movies. I watched it with my girlfriend and we thought it was really good for what it was, we both cried at the end tho lmao. Handles the CGI/Real World mix really well. no spoilers though.

In 1994, The Critic (a semi obscure cartoon about a film snob voiced by Jon Lovitz (the dad in Rat Race if you ever saw that film) gave this awesome speech and I think it's one society really needs more than ever today. It goes as follows... "I'm a movie critic by trade. And until recently, I got paid to tell you which films nearly stank, and which ones you should NOT screen near an open flame!!! Well, I'm putting the burden of lousy movies back on you! It's very simple: If you stop going to bad movies, they'll stop making bad movies. If the movie is based on a TV Show, just don't go. I would love to see an Inside Out sequel where Riley battles an infection or food posioning

Looks like this year’s 2024 movies are not doing better than last year even though last year’s 2023 we do have wonderful and entertaining blockbusters like Oppenheimer, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Godzilla Minus One, Spider-Man: Across the SpiderVerse, The Super Mario Bros Movie, John Wick Chaper 4, Scream 6, Wonka, and Barbie. So far, the only films I saw in 2024 are Dune Part Two, Kung Fu Panda 4, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire, Civil War, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. Fortunately, they are the only few box office blockbusters of 2024. I was going to see The Fall Guy, IF, Furiosa, and The Garfield Movie but unfortunately I didn’t get the time and also they are not doing too great at the box office. Though The Garfield Movie did an okay job. I’ll wait for them on streaming. I agree that this year’s summer movies are not in the same level as 2004 and 2014. The only summer movies this year I will definitely go see are Inside Out 2, The Bikeriders, A Quiet Place: Day One, Despicable Me 4, Twisters, Deadpool and Wolverine, Borderlands, and Alien: Romulus. Hopefully, these summer movies can be good entertainment and be a box office blockbusters.

Was worried the Mad Max prequel was going to suck but it was awesome; if you liked Fury Road go see Furiosa The Fall Guy has one of the most frustrating scenes in it that it almost ruins the movie. No spoilers but there’s a video on a cell phone that proves the main characters innocence and when he gets that phone, he doesn’t text it, email it, or screen record it and then the phone breaks during a fight

Inside Out 2 & Deadpool & Wolverine will be huge!

I can't wait for Deadpool and Wolverine. I get that you're not a big fan of Deadpool but I think you're underestimating just how well that movie will do. I'll also checkout the Borderlands movie but I doubt that one will be much of a box office hit.

I have hope for Inside Out 2, Piece by Piece, and Deadpool vs Wolverine. I know everything else will probably fail.

It is a damn shame more people aren't seeing Furosia, it is one of the best movies I've seen in along time.
