Good luck in your prep. Sometimes home gym training is better also. No distractions, you can train without the ego getting in the way. I had a similar injury to yours except I tore both knees at the same time. Weedeating the backyard and fell off a 8” step backwards. Quads fired to pull me up and tore both patellar tendons. That was 8 yrs ago and legs are as strong as before but better shape . The injury forced me to train smarter. I’ll bet you experience a similar result.
In 2014 I detached bicep. After the surgery and rehab the comeback is largely mental because that snapping off moment is always there in your head. To successfully comeback in my experience comes down to this, while I really do not want to get injured again. I would rather get injured again versus being controlled by fear. So 1 year to the day I did the same lift i got injured on with the same weight on the same bar and I did reps on one arm dumbbell rows with a 200 dumbbell. My first job back after my injury because I was out of work for a bit was an antique furniture store moving furniture around the place. The most important part of the comeback was defeating fear.
