I just love your videos and stories, they are so entertaining!!! I just have a cob and some bugler due to funds being nonexistent but I love the hobby and relaxing at the park with the cob while my 2 year old plays, hope to one day have a collection of pipes and tobaccos like you sir! 😊

I got one of the Peterson St Patricks pipes in the XL bulldog shape ( believe it's the same as the Sherlock Baker Street) and love it. Nice and chonky--feels good in the hand. I got hooked on the Deerstalker shape, but I will be getting another of these.
I love Bulldogs and Rhodesian pipes and over the years some manufacturers and artisans have took liberty with the names they call their pipes, often confusing them between each other. I stick with what Dunhill classify their traditional pipe shapes that are numbered as they have catalogued them from their onset. They are as you said, close cousins, as are the Liverpool/Lovat - Canadian/Lumberman family of long shanked pipes, the Devil is in the detail however for those that like to dot their I's and cross their T's. Your Peterson is a beauty ✌
I have a few bulldogs my favorite is a Captain Pete Peterson 155 I bought years ago. It just a well balanced pipe for a long smoke. Good video Ed have a good afternoon

Hey Edward! Happy IPSD! Bulldog is one shape I do not have yet. Like the shape, but not sure on the diamond shank feel in the hand. My 673's have a slight ridge on each side and feel good in the hand, so might have to try a bulldog at some point.
