The Cairngorms - Sandy Beaches, Summit Barns and Shelter Stones
A long, demanding but thoroughly rewarding hike to the heart of the Cairgorms and eventually to the middle hill - Beinn Mheadhoin. I wasn't too sure how far I would go but was keen on visiting Loch Avon (A'an) and Loch Etchachan with lunch at The Shelter Stone. The weather improved so I pressed on to the UK's 13th highest mountain :)
