I think it’s more just the technical aspect as well where it may make it complicated to make. Programming must be hell for flight and many other things in gameplay

Kratos literally can kill gods capable of universal/multiversal power, and time breaking speed. Stuff not too far off from what Superman has done, yet they still made it work. Same thing for Dante, Doomslayer, Asura, and Bayonetta yet people still make this stupid excuse.

If people want even further proof, DBZ Kakarot is pretty well what a Superman game could be. Granted, I'd want a far more technical combat system, but that alone is proof that Superman could work in a game.

It’s possible. Arkham Knight had so many Superman Easter eggs that I was convinced Superman was their next game.

I get where you’re coming from. However, personally I don’t think its a good idea to restrict cb games to just them. Remember, Arkham only exists because WB took their chance on a small indie studio. Insomniac were also a pretty unorthodox choice to create a Spider-Man game but they managed to pull it off beautifully. Taking risks with new studios is a good thing in my opinion.

Idk man rocksteady may have lost their touch when it comes to superhero games I mean just look at suicide squad it looks like Avengers 2.0

I have confidence that the Wonder Woman game will be great but yeah, Rocksteady making a Live Service game is not the direction i wanted to see from them.

James Gunn literally said Superman would not be getting a tie-in game. Y'all blew the news out of proportion. He said games would be expanding upon the universe nor readapting the movies. Star Wars has been doing this shit for years where shows and games expand the universe and this is basically the same thing

@@DatPRGuy2017 he never said Superman would be an outlier , it could still be canon to the DCU and that means you have to be constrained to the rules of that universe and can’t tell your own stories since he said it’s morel like filling in stories between movies . If James had plans to introduce brainiac as a character in a second Superman movie for example then that game won’t be able to include him , you are still limited creatively . There’s a big difference between Star Wars and DC . DC movies adapts comics Star Wars movies are Star Wars movies and have most of their comics as adaptions of the movies . It’s like saying you’re getting a John wick game , of course it will be related to the movies because the movies are essentially the source material

This goes for many DC games going forward after wonder woman's game it could be curtains for original games. How does a studio breaking the mold and showing us that you don't a movie tie-in to be successful with the arkham series to falling back into the same trappings? It's restricting creative freedom.

Regarding your second point about the second menu "leak" a lot of the screen is cropped out so we don't actually know what skin is being used. Also, I don't think it's the BVS suit. The cape seems to almost envelop the front of his body unlike the bvs suit, the patterning on the suit is missing, and the opening around the neck is completely different. The only similarity I can find is maybe the S symbol, but even that has slight differences You're right, There's the possibility that it's just a placeholder model that would be replaced later. Remember that the game was never greenlit and everything we've seen was a prototype meant to be pitched to WB. Plus, even if it looks like the injustice new 52 skin, we can easily explain it. Maybe the developers modelled the suit after it because they didn't have time to craft a brand new 52 skin. The menu could very much be fake, however, personally, I don't think it is. Plus, no one ever came out and claimed ownership nor do I believe we've seen those particular menu models of superman somewhere else. Obviously, I could be wrong.

? Well, if I didn’t reply then It’s likely because I didn’t see it. I get dozens of comments a day so it’s likely that I never noticed. Anyways, Batman Triumphant is not really something I find interesting so I’d probably never cover it. Superman Lives already has a documentary covering everything we need to know about it. If I were to make video covering it, the video would have to be elaborate and the best thing i’ve ever made.
