I saw this on anchor bay VHS over my dad's house in the 90s. I remember the VHS box said James Brolin's claim to fame was the AAMCO commercials. Lol! Dont remember the movie much.

2:51 Yes it does I own the Shout factory one I got a few years ago the only feature is a tiny interview with native american female actress who played the deputy in this film that's about it but it does look good in HD IMHO. 3:52-4:05 Yeah I remember that scene LO I always enjoyed Kathleen Lloyd in this film she was very likeable out of everyone in the film who dies I felt more bad for her when the car gets her she would go on to have role on the tv series ''Magnum P.I.'' she was great there as well with Tom Selleck . 6:59 LOL! Funny ass line from this film I always love the fact the makers of this film went a long way to give these characters in a film like this some life to them. 12:14 Sorry I disagree bro I love ''Chirstine'' a lot more then this film but hey it's cool if you feel that way bro. A very solid job on the review I'm glad you enjoyed this film I remember watching the first time late night on abc-7 as a kid with my uncle at my grandmother's house I remembering re-visiting it as a teenage during the mid 90's on Sci Fl Channel as well still enjoying it as I do to this day.

I will be recording this Saturday night. It comes on METV at 8 PM.

My mom always liked this movie. I always appreciated the very wierd looking car , It capturted that demonic vibe well. The Duel , Christine , Maximum Overdrive , all have common looking posessed cars/trucks , but this thing was odd and more sinister imo. It's been a while since I saw this but I think one of the best scenes Is when It flew straight through a house and killed somebody and kept going.

I just recently enjoyed this retro thriller with supernatural aspects and even though I felt if this would have been more of a horror film like carpenter Christine, which is my favorite in this aspect of film,it would have been more satisfying, I still felt that it did a capable job of execution 😎 even though some of the kill scenes were far fetch,my most pleasing was when the car went through a house,to reek havoc on its prey.

They also have one called The Hearse not sure which came out first but again another car feature with no driver. Reminds me of duel.
