After listening to this album, I realized we're not getting music on the level of old PND. Listen to "Grown Woman" then come back to this and yall will understand. It's not bad, but it's very similar and safe
I don’t like shawn’s community, there’s an atmosphere of hatred and it’s like nothing is appreciated. I know most people in the chat have never produced a piece of art, so this couch potato type critique gets v annoying.
i said the same thing on another video. how the audience some has stems from them. all his audience does is hate or just be pessimistic as hell, lowkey just like him. it’s interesting lol
What did they say that was bad? The album is cool, but it sounds pretty samey all the way through. If you're a PND fan I see why you'd like it, but there isn't much to the album
@@DawryMike This happens every time Shawn doesn't go head over heels for something. He's built a bit of a reputation as a "hater" so whenever he or his community doesn't like something it's "pretentious and annoying." You'll never see these same people in the comments of his review of blue lips or another piece of music he enjoys.
I swear this is why niggas will never be happy🤦♂️yall can't enter into an album without expecting some grandiose spectacle that progresses the music field light years into the future Appreciate the music for what it is. This is the classic dark, smooth party style that we all know. Expectations will only lead to disappointment
Such a negative review lol but I get the pushing the pen comment but in Party's defense the album is literally a story so the only topic is not f*cking. Takes you through a storyline of whatever relationship he was in. I also don't like the skits but I like the idea of having them just need to execute those better. But not understanding the boring critique, shit slaps fr lol
