The arrogance and sheer audacity of Yu Zhi is just unbelievable. The humiliation he heaped on her at the wedding and every time he saw her following that, not to mention all the crap she'd had to put up with between him and that witch Hui Hui where he NEVER defended her or came to her aid and actually undermined her, should've dictated that he never got another chance with her. For once either give these female leads like this character strong and supportive male leads or write the ending differently and in a way that's more consistent with the character. In this case Gao Jie's character was independent, resilient, smart and talented. The series could've ended with her starting her own business and being successful and walking away from Yu Zhi and her 'father', aka The Sperm Donor. This did not need the romantic happy ending because Yu Zhi really had not been the best BF throughout the series. Is the bar really set so low that after all the character dealt with she stayed with this arrogant brat. I wanted to cheer for the relationship but it was just annoying to watch how the character was treated by him throughout, he really for me did nothing that was redeeming in the end. All he ever offered was 'sorry' and he generally just gave lip service to that and didn't know what he was supposed to be sorry about.
@@kimmai08 you'll be surprised. There are men and women out there that don't listen to reason and warnings being genuinely given by those mean well (not counting the manipulators) but have to experience their own wake up call and go "(FACE PALM) D'OH! I've been such a moron when everyone has been warning me". Many even stay coz of 'sunk cost fallacy'. Its way too common that one. Reasons vary.
The way he humiliated the girl in their wedding day and then said very hurtful words to her and then threw their rings was too much. It was not only a slap on her face but he literally treated her worse than poop. In reality no one would take this guy back but only a stupid fool would.😂
it's not just sadness and despondence of the girl toward the boy, but also fear... fear of being with him again and he could relapse and turned cold and hurt her again over any incident in the future. she has after all lost her ability to design, what's next could be worse if she were to be hurt again by the boy. the boy has turned like 180 degrees to her after choosing to believe she deceive him. so there would always be a shadow that could not be wiped away for the girl to be with the boy.
After the stunt he pulled...he's not trustworthy at all. He will never give her the benefit of the doubt..whenever an accusation arises...he will always wonder if it's true or not. If he wanted to walk away from her...that would've been alright but he wanted to humiliate her...and that's unacceptable. Now he wants her to take his sorry a$$ back. He doesn't deserve her.
I wouldn't give in to him that easily. He hurt her very badly and when she begins to heal, he wants her back. What does he take her for? What if the same thing happens or something much worse?
Remember, the engagement party wasn't the only time he ground her heart under his heel. Just before this, right after he proposed to her, was when he listened to others about the deal with her aunt and again tossed her under the bus.
@@shemsa6445 A lot of these dramas are not very realistic but this one truly takes the cake. You just know that every time things calm down and he's being nice to her, something that doesn't involve her will set him off and he becomes a jerk again. How can you trust a person like that? It's like watching a train wreck. I keep hoping he will grow up, or she gets survival skills.
When you break a trust, it creates scars, and those scars never truly heal. Especially if they're big. This whole drama series was a good one to show a couple moving past the scars. Reality is a lot different. I don't know of anyone moving past trust scars, even if they are sorry for creating them. That's the biggest thing that bothered me about this drama.
In these series, why is the CEO always the male who is domineering and is lost on his emotions and wants the girl back. Yall need to be more creative 🤦♂️
What's the cute translation 😊 although at times the translation took on a completely different meaning, but I understood everything that the translator wanted to say...thanks for the work!
@@isabellehannahomana1118 totally yes for me. No doubt cuz their sweet scene are too much. I really love their chemistery. The drama plots is just the best. Also very heart breaking when the hero choose to stab her back at their wedding day. So yes, worth it. One is lacking, the episode are too much. So it will take lots of your time to finish it. I would like to give 9/10 for this drama. One is missing just because they have more than 50 episode. But really worth it. Just my opinion.😊
@@isabellehannahomana1118 no you have to continue watch it. Hero think heroin conspire with his stepmother which is heroin's aunt to take over his company. So he revealed everything on the day of their wedding that cause the wedding to be cancel. And of course he did planned it for a long time to reveald the truth that actually creat by his stepmother as a trap to let his believe that heroin also join it. Because of that, heroin lost its ability to draw as a designer. After that, they fought. Hero finally knows he's wrong. Then he tries to persuade heroin back. Thats all. And cn't you see how good this drama plots?
Humiliates in public but apologizes in private. I wouldn't trust him again, too self serving. Actually he's looking for a THIRD chance at this point in the drama.
I’m so glad she didn’t go back to him just because he said he was sorry or that he realized the truth. You can tell she still loves him but what he did was just awful. It also shows though that you can still love the person who did you wrong and that’s more common than people like to believe.
That's why I like murat in ask laftan analmaz Turkish series Because he get married to her inspite of every lie she told him This is love u can be angry for sometime but you can't humiliate her in front of everyone
He’s cute and all but I won’t give him the second chance he’s asking. Why give him a second chance when he can’t trust me? *I’m saying this just watching the first ep so don’t get mad 😂
He is emotionally abusive and does not realize it. If he loved that girl he would let her go. If this happened in real life the girl would never be able to 100 percent trust a man ever again after what he did. "I'm sorry" sound nice but those words dont actually help the victim it just makes the other person feel less guilty. If someone wrongs you you dont have to forgive them. Them getting forgivness is not your problem.
I love this. I keep watching it over and over again, each time I see or hear what i didn't see, or hear the last time, which makes me love it the more. I need to knpwvthe name of the slng at 4:56, please.
Okay, all these people on here saying this isn't like real life must not really think about ALLL these abused women out there who DID stay and ARE staying and fighting to stay in such a relationship. This is more like real like than any of you realize. There are plenty of people out there willing to do anything for what they perceive as love. Yes there SHOULD be better stories with endings where she walks away from him but its actually rare. Think about what more this series is showing, Men can get away with pretty much any crap and they will at the end still be okay. lol What jerks.
She put up with him that much. In reality once a woman has been hurt that much and decides to leave, she will never come back. They should have wrote her to be with the 2nd lead if they wanted a happy ending. Haha
