When ever we are in the Stuarts Draft and Waynesboro area we always stop at The Cheese Shop. We never leave with an empty basket. My husband and I have had lunch there and the sandwiches were delicious. We also visit the Shenandoah Market and the Overlook Produce Market in the Harrisonburg area. Overlook Produce has some of the best strawberries. They should be getting ripe about this time of month. Thank you for another great video. Happy Mother's Day!

Christy, We are very familiar with the Shenandoah Market but have not heard of the Overlook Produce Market, or at least we don't think we have. We will definitely have to look into it. Love going to The Cheese Shoppe. It has been a few years since we visited, but I can see a trip in our future. Visiting here is the next best thing to going to Lancaster, PA when looking for Amish-type food items. There’s such an extensive selection of items. Not sure if the sandwich shop was in operation the last time we went. The sandwich y’all shared really looked good! Another great informative video.

It is definitely a great store. I was surprised how many amish items they had in the store. Some of the brands I didn't recognize so I looked at the label it would be from Pennsylvania or Ohio. Interesting to see for sure.

Went there about every three months for a while before the expansion with a "significant other". We both quickly learned to set "limits" on our purchases! I think she spent more than I did! As for potato chips, you need to try Conn's and Mike-Sells in Ohio! As for Pennsylvania, you need to try Gallikers for chocolate milk, I get that whenever I can find it. What a cool store! And so ironic that we have both been to an Amish cheese shop recently 😄😄👍👍. They had a lot of goods here:) And we lit up when we saw the Martin’s 😮😅! I knew we had the Cheese Shop on our list to go to when I saw your video. I was so excited to see the Martin chips when we got there. We actually lost some audio (mic issues) when we were talking about our sandwich and chips. I talked about your channel a little then. Which of course didn't make it in the video. So when David made the comment about your channel that is what he was referring to. I was surprised in all the merchandise they had from Pennsylvania and Ohio. Looking forward to June! I have been to this Cheese Shop in Stuart's Draft numerous times. My parents really loved stopping by this place back when they were traveling around in their RV. We always got cheese straws and ground mustard on every visit - along with whatever else looked good to us. Love this shop. Thanks for taking us back to Stuarts Draft!

Cindy I saw you holding up chips made. by Martins, never tried them are they good? That store is jam packed with just about everything, I could pull a chair up by the chocolates and spend the day lol.David did a great job with the camera and the narrating. I hope theirs a dentist office nearby! My step brother is married to a menonite woman and they can make a lot of scrumptious food from scratch. Thanks for the tour and God bless PS . One of my friends who does RU-vid reviews mainly on Lancaster loves these chips. They are made in Pennsylvania. I saw her get some on a recent video. So when I saw they had the chips we knew we had to get some. We tried the ones with our sandwich first. Unfortunately we lost a little footage due to audio issues and you didn't see us when we tried the chips. They are really good chips. Thanks for the kind words about David's videoing and narrating. We love these type of stores and they had so much in the store we tried to show what they had the best we could. Amish and Mennonite can definitely cook some good home-made food. We had a chance to eat with an Amish family in Ohio before. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!

Now that's my kind of shop, kind of reminds me of a much larger scale Anderson's Country Store in Madison Heights have y'all ever been there? I'm 31 years old and until this video I never knew there existed a pepperoni cheese! In my opinion the best cheese is some sharp Cheddar straight out of the wax it's kept in and I haven't had that in years! Thanks for sharing this experience!

They have lots of cheeses that I didn't know existed. You are right about the cheddar right out of the wax. We have been to Anderson's Country Store and you are right it's similar but on a larger scale. These stores are so interesting to browse and purchase a few things.

@@vafunseekers yup I have gone overboard before, 6 years ago on a church trip to Lancaster PA, we stopped at a market with various shops, can't think of the name of it but long story short I ended up spending $32 in homemade beef jerkey alone so that alone is why self control must be practiced on my end, and imagine how much that beef jerkey would cost me in today's economy?

Martin's chips are made in Pennsylvania and kunzler Meats just mergerd with another meat company out of Philadelphia area called clemens Hatfield meats
