This song meant so much to my little sister-she died in January from a long battle with an eating disorder and chose this song to play as the entrance song to her funeral-I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house. Just beautiful ❤

This is the best song The Chicks sing. It’s so we’ll written, so beautiful, and so full of meaning.

I saw this tour. 2016. I was going through utter hell in my marriage. The night before the concert my husband and I had a massive row, and I ended up going to this gig on my own. I sat outside the O2 crying on the phone to my sister, asking her how the hell I was going to take care of two small baby boys on my own. I wiped away my tears, went into the concert and sang my heart out. Move forward four and a half years and I divorced my ex and am happier than I have ever been! Listening to this brings back so many mixed memories.

Natalie,Martie & Emily are world class talents. We need to hear more from them and they need to know how much their art is appreciated and revered.

Those Girls are intelligent to know that there are still millions of people out there who still truly adore them and they are here in our hearts and there they will stay cos our Dixie Chicks will never go away ♥

I just saw The Chicks in concert a few weeks ago. They were fabulous. My niece and nephew knew all the lyrics to every, single song. It was so great. Their presence and their songs have been such a part of my creative support system. I'm grateful for them.

The Dixie Chicks are the best female band on the planet. So thoughtful and intelligent. Could listen to them all day. Great musicians.

First time I've ever heard this song was while watching the Dixie Chicks Documentary: Shut up and Sing....a must watch. Everyone got all bent out of shape in the fever of an unjustifiable war. More songs, less wars.

Gaslighter just came out (LOVE IT), so I returned to the MMXVI Tour. I saw this show in Noblesville, IN, and I'm old, I've been to hundreds and hundreds of concerts. This was the best, beyond compare, show I've ever seen. I sang loud, cried, laughed, and rejoiced in the presence of some very talented and strong women, with my daughter. Always a Fan.

I think the best country group, EVER. Everything they touch is fabulous Country radio, no hope for you, sorry, junk is played, one "tune" after another I come here for my fix of the Chicks, OFTEN. Only problem is I keep repeating whatever song I am playing, sometimes never getting to the next gem I sure love me my Chicks!!!

A concert for adults. No costume changes or lip syncing. And the big dance numbers are done by the audience. I love how into the evening the crowd is! I'd say they will remember this night. I'd even say they were part of the concert.

Actual talent. They write their own songs and don’t just showcase vocals and sing other people’s songs. They are so authentic and real. And they don’t care about their Barbie fake image or Hollywood persona. They aren’t fake. It’s about the Music!

What a stunning performance!! Always wanted to see the DC's, but back when I was really a country listener, they never seemed to make it to Memphis or Little Rock for us to watch them live. Idk what the latest for the girls is anymore, but after that album, I heard less and less of their tunes. Hope they're busy raising kids & return to the stage again one day! This was my #1 Fav off that album ✌🏼️

Amazing

One of my favorites from them. "Busses trains and airplanes leaving, burning fumes of gasoline". It sounds like they're fleeing a disaster. Everyone is running. Then again they're probably just trying to catch a plane they are late for. I can understand that much.

I may have heard this at one time or another, but until now it never really touched home for me. Wow! is the one word that comes to mind. I truly enjoyed this song and seeing the Chicks perform it so well has a calming effect on me after a stressful day.

Is it weird that I relate to this song, as my relationship with my tv? Like when the world gets too much, or life becomes overwhelming I go to my tv and put on an old show like an old friend that tunes out the worlds noise. Like I completely get the feeling of this song. But not from a person, from characters and stories in tv.

Great song after I "got it". Have ringing ears the army pays me for and sometimes lyrics sound like a foreign language to me. I thought with the pictures and the melody it was about the silence of natured being taken from us but then I understood and it's still a great song.

Wow!!! I can't believe I have lived two decades unaware of the pure beautiful intensity of this unique gifted talented group of misfits!!@!! I love their lyrics and style and POWER! Passionate hard Bluegrass blowing my heart open. This is my first real look at them and I am hooked. OMG, I can't believe that the powers that be have made them invisible in MY WORLD. Thank god they kept doing what they do. It's like the hard rock groups of the seventies and so many were denied radio play on 90% of pop stations but we found them anyway and popular groups got out there anyway and today those old songs are mainstream. I hope that someday soon these songs are given their due. I love their vibration and it engulfs everything they do. Rock on Dixie Chicks!!!
