That worked out for my wife and our daughters as they had to make up for all the cancelled shows state side and headed for Canada to salvage the tour. They took a 5 or 6 year break, Natalie put out a solo record. I think they were just tired. They toured last year and had a Vegas residency for a short time

That's more than likely a smoke stick. You can get them in any color. They can be used in a variety of situations from sending a distress signal if your lost, people use them in marathons, fun runs, etc., or in this case at a concert. They've been around since World War II.
