Jesus anointed: She has prepared My body for burial - The Chosen Season 4 Ep 8  

Gospel of Mark 14:3-9 3 And being in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, as He sat at the table, a woman came having an alabaster flask of very costly oil of spikenard. Then she broke the flask and poured it on His head. 4 But there were some who were indignant among themselves, and said, "Why was this fragrant oil wasted? 5 For it might have been sold for more than three hundred denarii and given to the poor." And they criticized her sharply. 6 But Jesus said, "Let her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work for Me. 7 For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; but Me you do not have always. 8 She has done what she could. She has come beforehand to anoint My body for burial. 9 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her." Şi fiind El în Betania, în casa lui Simon Leprosul, şi şezând la masă, a venit o femeie având un alabastru, cu mir de nard curat, de mare preţ, şi, spărgând vasul, a vărsat mirul pe capul lui Iisus. 4. Dar erau unii mâhniţi între ei, zicând: Pentru ce s-a făcut această risipă de mir? 5. Căci putea să se vândă acest mir cu peste trei sute de dinari, şi să se dea săracilor. Şi cârteau împotriva ei. 6. Dar Iisus a zis: Lăsaţi-o. De ce îi faceţi supărare? Lucru bun a făcut ea cu Mine. 7. Că pe săraci totdeauna îi aveţi cu voi şi, oricând voiţi, puteţi să le faceţi bine, dar pe mine nu Mă aveţi totdeauna. 8. Ea a făcut ceea ce avea de făcut: mai dinainte a uns trupul Meu, spre înmormântare. 9. Adevărat zic vouă: Oriunde se va propovădui Evanghelia, în toată lumea, se va spune şi ce-a făcut aceasta, spre pomenirea ei.

I have often wondered why it is so that when I stand with a woman which I like very much this is immediately an objection, someone wants to laugh at me, make me look ridiculous in her eyes. And this is the moment when such a person is found. Others can associate with women at school or at work, but I can't. Now, after a deep conversion and prayers, it occurred to me that the reason I had such a hard time was because I had good intentions towards these women. That's why the evil one hates it. If boys have bad intentions towards women, he leaves them alone, lets them promote themselves, etc. But I thank God for this experience because it brought me closer to Him. Thanks to my conversion, they won't even approach me anymore.
