THE CLEVELAND WAY | Cleveland way walk in two minutes

The Cleveland way national trail is 110 miles long. This walking route starts in the market town of Helmsley and heads across the North York moors National park to reach the coast at Saltburn by the sea.
After this, it travels along the North Yorkshire coastline that o Filey, taking in coastal towns and small fishing villages.
How difficult is the Cleveland Way?
The route is challenging in places, but anyone with a reasonable level of fitness could complete this walk as it can be easily broken down into shorter sections.
How many days does it take to walk the Cleveland Way?
I thru hiked the trail, wild camping the majority of the way and completed it in 8 days with a full pack. It can be done in as little as 5 or 6 for advanced hikers.
Is the Cleveland Way easy to navigate?
The route opened officially in 1969 and was the second recognised trail in England and Wales. It is well signposted, however I would strongly advise you to use a map or a Cleveland Way GPS route map.

Ahhh thanks Hun 😃 that was the intention, just a short one for people to get a feel of the hike without having to sit through the full series 🤗 do you think it should have had narration?

@@DrunkOnWanderlust I personally think it was great as is without the narration, one of those videos you can tap your foot to the music and just consume the views, narration makes you think and typically that works better with the longer videos, people like bite sized pieces these days lol I will still carry on making longer vids but maybe I will try and make a two minute short each month after seeing yours

Hi Kerry, the sections I walked where peaceful gentle rolling hills and dry green valley s .not as rugged as Cleveland way but very nice .
