The amount of sheer misery this area has endured over time is heart-breaking. Human greed knows no bounds, it seems. Fascinating look into the dark history of the Donbass. Let's hope for a better future for all of Ukraine, as this damn war continues on down a path of un-certainty. Thanks for this video!❤

Pretty blatant bias against the breakaway republics here... Makes you think this is a propaganda film rather than a factual account video.

It is not hard to not support the breakaway "republics". It is unfortunate that there are regular people who don't support it that are trapped there under the boot of terrorists and criminals that hold "power" in those territories. Calling them a republic is shameful. since 2014, anyone who dared to speak out or protest against the separatists would be beaten or sometimes killed. And the kidnapping of journalists by separatists doesn't exactly scream "freedom" does it? So yes, I don't like the break away "republics", they are terrorists and criminals. There is no debate about their status and activities.
