That is a great remaster. I have a version on an old VHS tape which I still own, even though I don't have a VHS player anymore. I remember watching this when it was first broadcast. Loved it then, and still do.

Does anybody know when the very first studio release of the Jimmy's ABBA cover was released, and on what compilation, please? I know only about a version that was issued on a VA Brazilian compilation from 2005, but he must have recorded the song way earlier as the video comes from his 1990 video compilation...

Hmm, NO 👎I'm sorry, i find it very disappointing ... Furthemore , they changed the lyrics "See that BOY (!!!) instead of the original see that GIRL " and then they sing "Dancing QUEEN" ... ? No sense in all of this; anyway, from a strictly musical point of view, I find that the arrangement and the singing are decidedly bad, i repeat: little respect for ABBA and the beautiful original version of the song. Jimmy Somerville offered and keeps offering very good performances and good productions BUT this is not the case, imho ...
