A recommendation: When you make a tier list, try putting an image portraying which monument/culture/religion/country/idea/whatever you're talking about in the right side of the video alongside their effects, so that the viewers can see and compare them for themselves. EU4 is a huge game, and not everyone keeps track of every single thing they come across while looking at the map.

the borobudur temple should be put into A tier in my opinion. you can use it by accepting the province culture, and at level 3 you will be getting +1 max promoted culture, so it doesn`t even cost you a culture slot. edit: the narikala fortress can give you free forts in all of the caucasus. if you only want 1 fort you can upgrade it to level 1 and be done with it. however if you upgrade it to level 3 you can absoluteley roach out the whole caucasus with forts and delay attacks through it for years. that deserves a b spot in my oppinion.

Tech cost enables taking tech a year earlier - which can often mean getting a huge military boost or the next 10% admin efficiency just in time for an important war or peace deal

I feel like the ability for the City of Sarai to be moved makes it's regional movement speed bonus a bit more useful, as you could just move it to the theater of the next major war.

its funny how many good monuments hindu has, the -15% autonomy in territories one is so good for wc runs also unrelated but i found something hilarious russia can do, with the government interaction "enforce absolute rule" you can complete a parliament debate instantly regardless of how many seats you have, so this means you can put a parliament seat on every single province meaning you get 10% local manpower, tax and production eff

Baku Ateshgah, Al Hambra, Nizwa, Kashi, Kaaba, Malta Forts, Imperial City of Kyoto are all the best by a landslide. Brandenburg Gate is also very good if you get the max effect of absolutism buff from the mission. Dutch Polders are up there for that goods produced imo. Shi'ite Arabia with Kaaba + Malta forts I find is completely balanced in particular. You can get 65% PWCR by age of reformation which is obscene for blobbing.

Why not? You can get Suez Canal very easily when playing Mameluks- I'd say it's at least worth mentioning it.

You can actually use the Baku Ateshgah (zoro monument) as Mongols when you sync zoro. Just insanly powerfull, escp AFTER you've formed the mongol empire and you don't need the +50% cav/inf from being non sync
