Well besides the voice, there's no other trick or shortcuts to it. Me and my buddies (there's 3 of us) write scripts and edit videos full-time 7 days a week on our own without any outside contractors that can delay things. Added bonus is we really do enjoy reading manga so it's still fun and entertaining to do.
