Kashmir it self came to Indian Govt and begged to merge them in Indian Govt, to avoid Pakistan harassment. People are watching don't spread the news you know, spread the news as it happened. Kashmir merged in Indian Govt on October 26, 1947, our constitution it self formed in 1950 , and later Congress govt added this article in later in 1957. please know the facts and spread the news.
