Love your playthroughs. One note - you kept mentioning how hard it was to line things up, but you played the whole time in free-placement mode; on the right side of the screen, in the object UI tips, is a toggle to turn on snapping - makes lining up structure pieces way simpler. Also, in a lot of cases, holding down 'r' and using the mouse wheel gives you finer rotation - giving 45 degree rotation instead of 90 degree rotation.
@@persnicketypicker6748 True, crafted items (beds, tables, etc) seem to have finer rotation, building blocks appear to be limited to 90 degree turns so far - hopefully that's just this stage of EA, but I can understand how it might be tough getting voxels to angle in a custom engine.
Already played it on beta. Doesn’t scratch that Valheim itch at all. But it did scratch that BotW itch, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The voxel based building and terrain is one thing I’d say it has over Valheim. So I’d definitely recommend it for builders and creative types.
This game looks so cool. Combat looks pretty fun, with that block/parry system, also fast paced, which is also nice. Not to mention building - so flexible and gives you so much freedom. Finally, it has some nice and interesting story, and that's something I missed in Conan.
Your gameplay is very nice, I didn't know this title before watching it, it seems interesting and I like the fact that the building editor seems very easy to use :)
Ana, found your community through Firespark81 and enjoy watching your content...whether it's Conan or some of the other games I've seen you playing. You're so chill when you play!
I've described it as if Valheim, Conan, and Minecraft had a threesome! Valheim vibes and similar stamina (eating system), Conan-ish movement/crafting, and the building is a lot like Conan but with Minecraft capabilities
2:54:34 was just screaming at the screen to put the end piece in but a bit lower course the game seems to smooth the overlappings out LOL Many times I'm just waiting for the cat calling of "chaaaatt" just snapping to attention after drifting away from the humming, it's soo adorable to hear
If any game could replace Conan Exiles ( i have over 4000 hrs in it ) & Valheim then Enshrouded has a very good chance to do it. Enshrouded has all the elements to do it. Building, exploration, crafting & terraforming. Im 9hrs in & loving it. Graphics are beautiful & the game plays very smoothly. ❤❤
One thing that annoys me a bit is that you don't open and close boxes etc. with the same key. . . Other than that, I'm loving the game. MY new beast of a PC [for me at least] makes it look SO good!
Maybe after a few months and feedback from the players, they'll add climbing. Otherwise the game look very good. The running and jumping feels like an athlete said : I'm gonna do this for you guys!
Maybe a Conan killer, though they've been killing their own game for awhile now. But Valheim is every bit as epic as Enshrouded, just an older and much better explored/known game.
This game is no Conan Exiles killer. Because it doesn't function in any shape and form like Conan Exiles, But it does function like Valheim. Plus Conan Exiles have gore and nudity and Valheim have none of that just like ENSHROUDED.
@@Anabriella reeeeally? I'd NEVER have guessed! 😜 I've been binging more of your vids and I like you, you're fun. You're my kind of unhinged. There's something of the March Hare about your interactions that makes me love playing these games vicariously through you. Keep it up! 👍
