As others have pointed out, these products are usually not taken seriously because of the misunderstanding that these hair fibres are designed to “paint” the scalp underneath the hair for overall dark coverage, but this is not how it is used. The fibres need to stick onto existing pieces of hair and thus thickens each strand, making your hair literally thicker to everyone else who sees it. If you apply a normal (light) coat over thin parts of hair, it will be impossible to tell. Lightly applying hair spray will keep all the fibres in and allow you to touch the hair without getting dust on your fingers. Trust me, I laughed at these products for years until a friend raved about them and now I permanently present as having a full head of hair, which I style daily without any issues. I thought they were garbage, but trust me, they are absolute lifesavers to any balding men.

Life savers ? little too much. Going bald isn't that bad in the first place. Only way to make it look better is not feeling like its a problem atleast and then u do U. DOn't give into society expectations too much.

I use this myself and it most definitely works.. just not on a totally bald head there has to be some fine hair there at least, or combed over hair that can be thickened up to cover the balding. It is a fantastic product

Exactly, when my hair started thin on top, I chose to buzz cut it all with 1/8 3mm. And let what kind of facial hair my genes would allow.

These types of products work, but are extremely messy. On hot days it can leak off as you sweat. Don't go swimming unless you're comfortable with everyone seeing water that suddenly got dyed from you. It comes off onto pillow cases. The fibers will stay in the hairbrush, and not come out unless you always wash the brush after each use, and don't have to use it for hours.

This stuff works SO MUCH better than what they demonstrated here. They made a huge mistake going with the "highlights" lol And also, when using hair fibers, you need to go with a person's existing hairline. You can't try to create a totally new one.

I haven't tried it but I assume the best result would probably be on a bit longer hair than Matt had in this video, cause it then has some hair to stick on and make it appear thicker. Otherwise it drops more onto the scalp than hair so it looks dusty and doesn't look natural. And about water resistance...I usually use an umbrella or any head cover if it's raining :P

It does cover the hair. I use it whenever I go to an event. I'm 24 years old, girl. My hair is thinning badly. It really does work. But I don't use this brand that is shown in the video. I use a different brand.

HuesingProductions I’m 20, and I deal with hair loss as well. It could be stress, it could be a problem with digestion/gut flora, or it could be something else entirely.

@@HuesingProductions It's not always stress related. I'm a 20 year old girl myself and I was unfortunate to inherit extremely thin and scarce hair. Both my mum and dad have really thin hair. I got the worst of it because I don't even have body hair. No eyebrows, no arm hair, barely any leg hair.

As someone who has used hair fibres for quite a few years - Matt really wasn't a great test subject. The fibres need actual hair to cling to, which bulk it out and make it look thicker and fuller. It's not designed for people who are bald or nearly bald like Matt. The product itself is great, and when used correctly and on thinning hair the benefits are really good. Nothing wrong with being bald either - it's just that this isn't the product to use in that situation.

Choco Macaronz Ladies deal with that everyday from over-tweezing. Easy to fix. There’s powders, pencils, pens, pomades, brow mascara and hybrids of two or more and very beauty brand has a butt-load of each. Just match your colour.

I think most women will agree that a bald guy looks better than a guy who is holding onto his last bits of hair. Don't believe me? Think of Jason Stathem, a handsome fellow. Now think of Jason Stathem, but with the same haircut as Danny DeVito. If you are balding, just accept it and shave your head. Roll with the punches.

You can't test this on a bald dude, that's putting powder on skin with nothing for the fibers to attach to. That's why the back looked amazing compared to the front. And why use two colors? That just looked silly.

My hair no way as thin as that guys but bought some yesterday and after playing with it a bit it looks impressive...no I don't get paid to do this 😁 I worked it with my fingers and hair looks 10x better. Dark brown is too dark though, looks black . I just used normal hairspray. Next morning looks fine also didn't have to add more but not been outside yet. Buy a small one to try my advice.

The back isn’t bad at all, the front is horrible because they used light brown. Also in the videos they mostly use it to fill in thinning hair not cover a bald head. They shouldn’t have done that front patch. That being said, Matt is cute, he should just shave his head, he has the facial structure for it.
