Thug, Herbs will help with the blood pressure. herbs and a plant based diet, but i doubt you will change the things you eat cold turkey. I ain't feeling the pill bro. You end up having to take another pill and in 5 yrs big pharmacy has you taking like 10 pills a day. great show
