My favorite thing about these Continental sketches are that you get to see Christopher Walken completely commanding the screen with his wonderful comedic timing and charm. Probably the only SNL host who pulls this off so effortlessly.

I've always loved the accent. Walken does a Brooklynese feigning a European, to perfection. I also love the many rushes towards the door, with the Continental always getting there first. Lol

I love The Continental. The one where she uses the bathroom, looks in the mirror, then The Continental lights up a cigarette and it illuminates him behind the two way mirror is one of the funniest bits ever shown on SNL. I haven't been able to find that particular one. If anyone happens to know which episode that is I'd be forever in your debt if you could pass that on for me. You'd be my new favorite person.

I swear every SNL sketch with Walken is purposely written with words like "OUCH" and "WOW" just because...and I love it!

I cannot find the Continental episode with a two way mirror scene from year 2000 I guess. I wish they would upload that continental episode from season 25.
