I think that their real comedic genius is answering every single interview question with the same answers over the years. I think it's a terrific inside joke between the two.
Absolutely love how fearless and firm they were in negotiating with Hollywood studios and standing by their own creative visions. They knew that without them, there is no South Park.
Great interview. I just wish that the host wouldn't continuously lean in to the idea that they intend to offend/attack certain groups. They made it clear very early that that's not their intention.
Trey is right Broadway can be lucrative. Eric Idle has made more money post Monty Python than any other Python member due to his Broadway musical Spamalot.
I could watch and listen to these two for hours, they are so insightful and detailed with their answers even with the super inside baseball stuff. So interesting and entertaining.
I remember a really great NPR interview from back when they released Book of Mormon as well. Might wanna dig for that idk how this works but I remember hearing that live with my dad and it was really cool.
Hey thank you very much for these uploads, I'm always looking forward to them! Also I don't know where you get so many content, but i'm glad you do 'cause it's really nice to listen to these guys
I don’t understand why everyone hated the intro song at all? What on earth …. Its actually solid as hell. You went flat once or twice, other than that, beautiful and funny man! People are seething with hatred aint they
This was okay until the host tried to get them to bash Trump, then it became a game of Matt and Trey moving away from that topic. Very unprofessional trying to get people to say soundbites like that.
