This new single wide just topped all the others on the channel in my opinion! Hey friends, this is Chance with Chance's mobile home world and we have a very special mobile home video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This smaller house is loaded to the max with upgrades and features never seen in a single wide! The manufacturer for this house is Oak Creek Homes. The model for this home is the "Opal." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I love the flooring and counter tops in this one. This would be nice if it were a two bedroom, two bath, with more room for livingroom and kitchen/dining. With big bedroom and bath on each end. Can you find any of those to show us?

Check out the Singlewides playlist on his Channel. I'm sure he's done some two bedroom two bath homes. If not, check out Chance's website link to see if he can find a dealer in your area that has this home or something like it, then ask the dealer if he or she can do this as a 2 BR 2BA home.

I LOVE that they didn't put an island in the kitchen! It would've been too crowded and take away from the roomy feel. And the sink is where it's supposed to be; on the back wall under a window! Love this home.

Singlewides have come a long way since I lived in one. Love this one. Mine was a 1992 Oakwood 14x80. I raised 3 kids in my little home. This one is beautiful ❤️

I'd love for you to continue the conversation (maybe a video) about why singlewides might be better than doublewides and more information about manufactured homes in general. Any house is a big decision, but I feel like manufactured homes have a lot more to consider.

I think that would be great. Also pros and cons of mobil homes vs modular, owning your land vs. Mobil home parks. Resale value would also be good to know. I have conf!citing information on that.

I really like the dormers and the extra windows and light they provide and overall like the home. That said with tin in the living room, and yes I know it's centered on that wall, but being so off center with the ceiling and one side being much taller than the other, that would bug me. I'd have to option that and the ship lap out or get a flat ceiling in there.

This is by far the BEST single wide I have seen. The rooms are a nice size. Bathrooms are perfect. The division between the kitchen and livingroom really set this home to feel bigger then it is. The whole home is great and that price tag is amazing. You did a fantastic job here Chance. Thank you for a great video. This on did not disappoint.. -Mary

Very nice home. It has everything one needs. The first bedroom would make a great office due to its small size. I was shocked at the size of the Master Bathroom. I was not expecting a bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The shower was very nice with the tile up to the ceiling. Thank you. Nice job, as usual.

YAY a single wide! AND a beautiful one! Great cabinet space and love those floors too! I do love when they put in so many windows; what a big difference that makes. All I would add is cabinets in the laundry room rather than a shelf. Very nice Chance and at a decent price as well!!

Wow - I really like this one... especially the kitchen! They didn't try to cram too much into it, and the result is a nice, open space with plenty of room. I would change out the shiplap and do a tile backsplash, however. The master is very nice, too. I love the addition of the sky windows... brings in so much natural light. Thanks Chance!

I really liked the way that this singlewide was laid out. I am not crazy about the tin on the living room walls but I am sure that could be changed if I was going to order something like this. I would prefer to have the master bedroom closet door moved so that you could access the closet from the bedroom but all in all, a very nice setup.

A month ago I would have bought this one but then my grandson said I didn’t have to move from where I’m at he would move up to where I’m at and live with me . I’m 71 and thought I needed to move loser to my daughters. But I love it here. I’ll have my own Cullen except he’s 25 and a Correctional Officer.

Hubby & I bought a new 18x76 almost 30yrs ago - basically because it was the only "new" housing we could afford. Fast forward to today (and with a BUNCH of upgrades) I still am VERY happy with the layout. It is quite similar to this floorplan but the 18 wide really makes a difference. We couldn't opt for a double wide at the time (land and $$ restrictions) but I would highly recommend a wider single mobile home for a more open feel 👍

My mom, sister and a nephew live in a single wide mobile home with only two (small might I add) bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms. The half restroom is in one of the bedrooms which is the one my mom sleeps in, their kitchen is small as well as the living room area. My poor sister sleeps on a futon in the living room. They could definitely benefit from a mobile home this size until they could to buy afford a bigger normal house. That master bedroom here is gorgeous and those sinks? Omg... LOVE!

One of my favorite models in the single wide. I actually like this in the two bedroom version. The second bath is like the master and has a door from the bath to the back bedroom. Having a dining space in a single wide is a luxury. I also like that you can put a small island in the kitchen.

Another very nice one thank you. Myself being a tiny living and minimalist enthusiast, I would change out that Roundtable for a square one and moving into the kitchen to be used as seating, eating, as well as a Workstation. I would separate the living room area into a living room and dining room area, and where the Roundtable was I would put up office area. It doesn't have to be cluttered it'll be neat and simple and beautiful. 🙏🏽😊🌟

I like this single wide it has a laundry room which is nice and the master bath is spacious. The wall to separate the kitchen is also nice it doesn't make it seem small which is surprising. Good job Chance!

Hi Chance...I really don't like single wides very much...but this is beautiful 😍...love the master bath.. the kitchen is beautiful....laundry room is nice to come in from outside with groceries...living room is cozy...and the 2 bath is very nice....Be safe God Bless

I live in a single wide that's just a tad bit smaller (940sqft) that is 40 years old and man this thing is beautiful. We are looking for a double but the front of this model caught my eye.

This is lovely! If it were just hubby and me this would work! I would turn the smallest bedroom into an office. In the second bedroom I would put a nice hide-a-bed or futon couch that could be a bed as an option for a guest room but still useable space for a reading room, etc.

Hey Chance! ❤❤❤ this one! Definitely saved in my Faves! Love all the windows especially the transoms, the separation of the living room and kitchen, the size of the master bedroom and bath and the kitchen is beautiful! Also love the countertops and flooring. I wonder if it's possible to leave off the end with the two bedrooms and bath. Maybe make the utility room bigger and add a half-bath. Then, the layout would be perfect for me if it is built next to a big home for my daughter and her family. Update on our plans: we should definitely be doing this in 2022! My son-in-law started a new job a few months ago. Same line of work but he is being paid almost double what he was before! That will look good to a bank or mortgage company. So, I think we should be good to go early next year and be in a home or homes by the summer or fall at the latest. We are starting to narrow down floor plans and doing detailed lists of must-haves and specifics of how we want things set up. It's getting exciting ☺!

Nice singlewide. I wonder if the can make adjustments to the laundryrm & put nice cabinets instead of a shelf then take the wall & door away at the water room make it easy access for a disabled person. It's really nice lots of kitchen storage. You always present well!! Thanks Chance.

I’m not fond of a single wide, but this one is phenomenal. The bedrooms and closets are not large, butt the master is a nice size and the bath is great. You choose well, Chance.
