I began shedding the strict negatives I was raised with in church when I had my first dream that came true. Fifty years later I still go to church (different denomination, and the people are so different), but I let Spirit show me what is true and what is not. It is a constant journey of learning, knowing that I may not be ready for a new truth, but am open to it for later. Love this session! Thank you!

I absolutely love this , the depth and variety you both speak on bring again validation and reminders that even though I know it's always great to hear others converse in the same ways with the same conclusions so I thank you both and I want to read this book you are writing Rachel. My personal proof of that is after becoming diabetic in college after taking an exam every time I got low blood sugar because I was engaging my brain way more then otherwise. Even at times indepth discussions that peek my brain and get my mind churning also at times do the same.

Don't forget calories are burned by using your brain so with writing you are engaging your brain in a way that's way more intense then say dreaming and walking down the street
