I always like to look back at how I've grown when met with challenges even though since basically I was born I've had extremely high anxiety issues. I try to take every (I try to take every) new challenge as a marketing in time so to speak or a chance to see how I've grown and where I need more work. I do now more then years ago especially attempt to do my best ( depending on how high the pile of omg gets) to go through different times in life like riding a wave . The more you can relax and flow with things the easier it is to see things more clearly and solutions come easier. This year from February on has been very intense although slowing I still am being thrown some curve balls but because of a show you had done explaining what's to come for 2024 I've been better prepared knowing it was going to be an intense year with instance after instance and to maintain as best as I can to focus on moving forward and going through these things because I had and have a choice to be stagnant or grasp the opportunities to gain personal success and opportunities that present themselves by getting through these hurdles as they come. I chose to keep moving forward. I'm a super super sensitive person and big empathy and at times super way beyond intense so emotionally it presents a challenge for me that others that maybe aren't as sensitive as myself don't have to also deal with making it most of the time a smoother transition to the other side of circumstances. My emotional sensitivity is exactly as they say to be a blessing and a curse and I accept that inorder to have the openness to use this gift I will have emotional times that most people do t even understand and that's ok. It's just part of being that sensitive so in reality you can't be sensitive enough to get the depth of empathy in that way without yourself being sensitive in your own emotions. It also helps me and others like me to better understand, help, and show empathy to others because being able to relate in some way increases a better and more effective positive outcome. To me that outcome is way worth it and as time has gone by I've learned by help of others how to better ground myself and let things pass through me more effectively without having to deal with the amount of others emotions grabbing on and sticking to me so to speak. I'm an air sign and boy do I live in my crown chakra and naturally want to ground upward instead of into the earth. The woman that introduced me to reiki or rather gave me a term to put to what I naturally do and encouraged me to get my reiki master teacher , until she said think of a giant redwood I fought tooth and nail to remain focusing my energy into the earth . The giant redwood gave me the heavy ness or gravity to place on my grounding so that my focus can go into meditation instead of having to re-establish grounding throughout the time attempting to let go. And bring a redwood it gave for me a very natural and airy enough in a way that it wasn't too heavy like hematite feels like someone dropped a big rig on top of me and it s constantly trying to pull me into the ground and that's waaaaaaaay too intense. I've been very blessed with people popping into my life at exactly the right moments to gently push me in the way that I need to go or to give me encouragement and support showing me I am going in the right direction.
