The Cranberries perform Linger on RTE1's Kenny Live and are interviewed by Pat Kenny. Some archive footage from December 1993. VHS recording courtesy Michael Mee.
Dolores never lost her bit of shyness and her sence of mischievous. The girl always sopke the same and behaved the same through her life, I absolutly love how that great county Limerick accent never left her. Dolores was one of our most macnificant songwriters and what a voice. I live in Ballyneety and I was standing on the road that was lined in candles sending Dolores on her way to Ballybricken church after her passing. It was incredibly sad but so sweet to see how our little village paid respect to their greatest tallent. What a tallent Dolores O'Riordan is!
I’m a USian singer who performs in a tribute to the Cranberries. Something I often talk about with fans after shows is the way she pulled you into her music, unlike so many American pop and rock stars who put on this big persona and push their music out at you. Every single note and move is pure and earnest. She’s not doing it for anything or anyone but the music and the moment it’s happening in. She was truly a force. I’m the musician I am today because of her, all the way across that big old pond. You should all stay proud of her 💜💜💜
Her memories live on in everyone of us..., in every fan who remembers her even in her teens singing 🎤 away..., we’ll meet again some day dear friend Dolores. 🕊 RIP
I heard of her last Christmas.2017. She got a hold of me. Can't explain. Listen everyday to her. So soothing. I only watch video of her performances. Im 62. Ive found my favorite singer/sonwriter, After John Lennon.
Like all great music, simple and something we can all relate to, being betrayed and left broken-hearted by someone you loved so much. A lesson we all are taught, but the lesson that changes every person forever. God bless The Cranberries and Dolores. They gave me so much peace for so many years. When I was at my lowest, I used to walk for hours listening to Empty and it gave me so much relief from my awful situation. They will never know how often they comforted me. God bless them and anyone who makes music for people and not for money.
How lovely to see Dolores O'Riordan, RIP being interviewed, and the lovely family in front, watching The Cranberries perform. I never thought I would see a live Angel. She's at Rest now and still loved. 🍀 💐 🍀
Delores was such an iconic figure for women in the music business. She would have gone on to do so much good and opened a lot of paths for other up and coming female singers and songwriters. Her songs are a true mix of her feelings at various times of her life and gave a true insight into a huge part of who she was. I absolutely adored her voice and her music. It was a real ambition of mine to meet her before I die, and I am only now coming to terms with her passing away. The grief still Lingers, and I hope that one day I can listen to some of her more sadder songs without breaking into floods of tears. She inspired me to write, sing and form a band of our own, with something real to say. And I will remain in love with her forever. 'See ya when I get there, Delores.xXx
Мне 43 я из россии из сибири..но с юношства я слышал песню зомби...и год назад стал разбираться в этом и познал историю группы Кренберрис в полном обьеме и сейчас с удовольствием слушаю все их песни
It's difficult to understand, but her singing going from her soul. Its not just signing, ithink its crying of her soul. Very strange that he died so young age. R.I.P.
What a waste. Please if you need help, love whatever tell God not a priest... not a head shrinker not a cheating husband. I always thought that if he would have truly loved her he would have taken her back to her beloved Limerick and her Mama.

Delores closing comment wrt the MTV question - play the game. Rewatch and hear her last remark. She knew then that success relied on corporate appeasement.
beautiful voices ruined by today's music. so you better hail today's music. get your medicine and live with the stupids these days. music is dead along the greatness of jimi, kurt, chris and now dolores
