The theme at 17:00 with salmon blocks is the other blood moon theme, with more painite and black opal ores.

Poison Nova seems like it really stops working after a while. It's feast-or-famine where either it kills everything at once or it does nothing, and it's build-intensive enough that if it does nothing then you don't have any backup plan.

I think the problem might be that she is too cautious. she grabs a spawn or two and kills them almost one at a time. I use the poison nova build and I spawn literally everything in the room and just blow them up with a poison nova and storm arrow. Pair that with immortality on my potion and thorns on my shield (i do have a wand with +1 poison nova but the thorns is just so good for ranged mobs) and it's an easy time.

⁠@@Tzizic_you are correct. She is way too cautious w/ that type of build. At a minimum she should be spawning in an entire level and killing them all at once. Her pace is really slow.

I would probably put restore 80 mana on the potion given how much you use abilities, I think that will really help you out :)

(since you seem to be having fun with toxic reaction) If you can trade for the chromatic feather trinket from another hermit that doesn't want it, it pairs decently well with toxic reaction. The strength of a toxic reaction build is how it gets stronger with more mobs. Its weakness is the cooldown/mana cost is too long to spam before the late-game. The feather helps both of those by giving you survivability through mobility, allowing you to group mobs together so you only need to cast poison nova once or twice in a room.

Don't forget that you can set your backpacks to "match backpack content" so you don't have to set them down in order to avoid them picking something up (it also works with nothing in them but the saved items)

@@FalseSymmetry Oh yes the other commenter is right. I had your kind of setting at the beginning as well because I was worried I might miss stuff I hadn't registered yet. But it caused me more hassel than good with all the junk that also ended up there. If it works out for you, you do you ^^. This whole games purpose ist to find the most fun personal playstyle anyway. I just wanted to check just in case.

Axes are MORE than useless, i put axes in my junk managment so that they just get voided in a vault, even an OMEGA axe with the highest rolls possible on everything you would want on an axe, is STILL worse than your average common sword

You are correct, the ARE "more than useless"! They have higher damage than swords(on average) so they work REALLY well with Javelin and other things that depend on your Attack Damage stat!

Ah Past False. Taking on a god task, and failing. Meanwhile as soon as it ends you get hit with a poison trap and fading. This god does not like your poison build apparently and showed you how it's done~ Well, at least you lived.

OH! and for chaos vaults, i used to LOVE them, but after this change IMO they have been ruined, i have 14 chaos catalysts just sitting in my RS system because they are not worth it one bit, because if you get a chaos vault with like 8x living and 8xornate and like 7xgilded but then it is 3x wooden, yeah the whole vault is basically going to be wooden with just the smallest amount of the other chests just lightly sprinkled in here and there, so for me it would be a bazillion times better just to get wooden catalysts on a crystal than to run chaos vaults
