Ingredients
🍰Dough:
4 eggs
A pinch of salt
150 g (3/4 cup / 5.2 oz) sugar
120 g (3/4 cup / 4.2) flour
30 g (3 tbsp / 1 oz) cocoa powder
30 g (3 tbsp / 1 oz) cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Baking tin 28x18cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ /356℉ for 30 minutes
🍒Cherry jam:
500g (1 pound) cherries
60 g (4 tbsp / 2 oz) sugar
🍦 Cream:
500g (1 pound) cream cheese
400 g (2 cups / 14 fl oz) sweetened fat cream (33%)
Tip: If your cream is not sweet, add 100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar or powdered sugar
Let the cake sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours
Decorate with chocolate chips

Ingredients
🍰Shortcrust pastry:
5 egg yolks
a pinch of salt
60 g (4 tbsp / 2 oz) sugar
70 g (4 tbsp / 2.5 oz) yogurt
110 g (one piece) melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
300 g (2 heaping cups / 10.5 oz) flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Baking pan 24X24 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 15 minutes
🍒Cherry jam:
500g (1 pound) frozen cherries
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
70 g (6 tbsp / 2.5 oz) cornstarch
150 ml (3/4 cup / 5.2 fl oz) water
Heat and stir until well combined
Pour the jam into the baked cake base
🧁Meringue:
5 egg whites
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
150 g (3/4 cup / 5.2 oz) sugar
Beat until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes
Assemble the cake like in the video
Almond flakes for decoration (optional)
Put the cake back in the oven at 150°C / 300°F for an hour

🍰Dough:
100 g (3.5 oz / almost a stick) butter (room temperature)
a pinch of salt
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
4 egg yolks
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) milk
150 g (1 cup / 5.3 oz) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
🤍Merengue:
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
2 g (1/2 tsp) cream of tartar
200 g (2 cups / 7 oz) sugar
Almond flakes
Baking pan 23X33 cm
Bake for 35 minutes at 170°C / 330°F
🍒 Jam:
500g (1 pound) cherries
70 g (6 tbsp) cornstarch
150 g (2/3 cup / 1.7 oz) berry juice
Heat and stir until thickened
🧁 Pudding:
50 g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
70 g (4 tbsp) sugar
500 ml (2 1/2 cups / 1 pint) milk
2 heaped tablespoons of mascarpone
Assemble the cake like in the video

Magnifique...mais ce n'est pas une tarte...en françe une tarte c'est toujours un dessert avec une pâte à "tarte" au fond . J'appellerai ce gâteau une forêt noire magnifique . Merci piur la recette , je vais essayer tout de suite .😊
