@@gerragotheallidile to some degree but much like discovery channel and TLC they have started to put shitty reality shows in instead, i mean treehouse builders? Seriously? I don't give a shit about watching people build luxury treehouses i want to learn about animals.
His death was such a huge loss for the world. I learned so much from this man I cant give enough thanks for his dedication and commitment to animal education and conservation. I really miss this guy.
Steve Irwin you were one of my heroes as a kid growing up in a small town and still are to this day. It's been almost 10 years since that day God needed you to take care of Heaven's croc problem. I still love to watch these old videos of you, Sui, and Terri.
Its amazing to see how us humans can still use our superb hunting and capturing abilities not just to hunt in times of need, but to capture, save and relocate animals in dangerous locations, or endangered habitats. Steve was a legend who brought conservation into a new light. He showed it isn't just using recycled paper and eco-materials, but has a real brutal and visceral side as well. He made it cool. 20-30 years ago people were killing crocs. Not anymore. Thanks Steve.
Its upsetting to see that the first thing that comes up when you search Steve Irwin's name is, death tape! How about focusing on his life and the good he did.
6:35 Terri: Steve you have that crocodile between your legs Steve: *moves croc* Terri: there you go, that's better :) She made sure that Bindi and Robert would be born lol
I was 3 when I used to watch crocodile hunter. I grew up watching the great Steve Irwin. Knowing about his demise was an extremely painful news for me. I miss him so much. After the unfortunate incident animal planet lost it's glamour.
Remember when Animal Planet was actually about animals and not anti-whaling protesters, delusional sasquatch hunters, and other assorted series that are not so human-centric? Pepperidge Farms remembers.
He was such a hero growing up. I read his wife's book Steve & Me when I was in 6th grade. It's a wonderful insight into Steve's life and his beliefs and dreams. I hope I get to meet this man in God's country
I love the new show “Crikey! It’s the Irwin’s!” It’s just as absorbing as Steve’s show and I love seeing how his wife and kids carry on his legacy with their passion for the flourishing of animals.
What's odd is that this bloke didn't even hurt any animal, he handled them well and all this was for good cause, kind of but the moral of the story is that he did not hurt any animals, he loved animals
Years ago, my husband and I were channel surfing to find something interesting to watch on TV. All of a sudden we hear “Terri…throw your body on the croc”. That got our attention. We watched and saw Steve and Terri on an embankment trying to wrestle a huge croc. I stood in total disbelief as Terri threw her body on the croc and Steve managed to contain it. We were hooked. Great shows.
I loved Steve from the moment I seen this show as a kid. I was so interested in how passionately he would call a 🐊 gorgeous in his Australian accent 😂 I had all his lingo down pack
man, I remember watching these when they were posted, almost ten years ago.. seems like a life time shit, for me it basically *is a life time ago, I just turned 20 3 days ago roflmao..* I can only imagine just how loud, dedicated & determined he'd be not only spreading whats happening in Australia right now, and perhaps more importantly *organizing as many people supplied, equipped, pairing up groups then sending them out onto & all over the fire line rescuing and, assisting any suffering animals as fast as possible..* I cry when I think of him honestly.. I miss him so much, He's the reason I have this amazing understanding, fascination & love for animals today! as far as childhood heroes went looking back at it, Steve Irwin is, without a doubt the one that's had the most profound & hard hitting impact on my life as-well as myself as a person within the confines of everyday life. **RIP to an awesome dude, would've loved to have been able to share one of these beers with you, Steve... Cheers man, rest easy brother!!**
Damn he was just a super nice dude. I’m honestly not too interested in anything outside of motor racing, or things with engines, but Steve was a national treasure. It was a sad week when Australia lost 2 of the legends in their fields, and good blokes. Peter Brock and Steve Irwin, both taken away far too soon, but both went out doing what they loved.
