This is my favorite movie. Im 31. Brandon and I share the same birthday. Last year for a late birthday present my gf brought me to Seattle to site see. On the second day there we visited Brandon's (and his father's) gravesite. It was so beautiful. My gf then told me to see what today's date was, I checked my phone and noticed it was 3/31, the anniversary of his death. This wave of emotion came upon me, I felt like I was about to cry. There were 2 people waiting patiently behind us to see their stones, so we moved on. I should have cried. There is nothing in this world that could ever seperate me from the connection I feel to Brandon, and The Crow. Real love is forever.
@@CradlePayne In High School when I came home from school after a long painful day of school and studying for stupid NYC State testing. I would come home and watch the Crow to escape reality. Also at the time when I read the comic and saw the movie it made me think about how when I lost my grandfather to Lou Gehrig's disease I issue to think maybe he will come back in a year I know it may sound weird saying that. When he died it was a sad depressing thing I went through.
For the most beautifull person a great superstar a very talented martial arts guy he died young everybody knows how respected you are r.i.p Brandon Lee
I was born in 90. This is my favorite film of all time. You feel the sadness, because of the reality of life. It’s not guaranteed tomorrow, Brandon died a terrible death that should of never happened. You’re sad because you know what could have been, you’re sad because you could see who he was as a human being through the interviews.
At 3:32 you can clearly see how much weight Brandon lost due to 12-14 hrs. of constant filming, water on set, night hours, sleep for 3-5 hrs a day, etc. One of the crew members said that many years ago. R.I.P.,Brandon,you are heavily missed.
I almost kinda wonder, if Brandon could come back for two days like Eric did, what would he do? Would he go back and get the person who didn't check the gun? Would he go and see the people he loves? Would he even want to come back for those two days if he knew he would just have to leave again?
meghandannielle I doubt that he would've got at the guy who didn't check the gun as Brandon would've known it was an unfortunate accident. I like to imagine him visiting Eliza and Michael Masse to comfort them.
I heard there was a gun specialist that checked the guns Everyday, but on the last day of gun shooting, Somebody sent that specialist home Early. Whoever sent him home.....
i think the same exact thing every day! but i also think about how he had no idea what was about to happen ,about those last minutes he spent that horrific day, about how he must have been feeling while on his way to the hospital. Looking around not sure aboutwhat was going to happen...... it's freakn sad man :( and i also see the fact that the crow had so much similar things to do with brandons life . Like the fact that he was getting married everything was fine until he got killed
The movie was being made the same year I was born and I really didn't really no about him till years after his death and the release of the crow ware I thought this movie was.badass than felt sad cause he was gone at such a young age for anyone to go rip to the best crow to ever live brandon lee
No disrespect, but all the other crow movies are terrible. They each got worse every time they made another movie, this is the one and only original crow movie. No need for a remake, it's brilliant as it is.
Still cant believe it happened, such a sad n tragic event, its always been my favorite film since i first saw it in 94, even named my son Brandon after Brandon Lee
26 years ago today this unexpected & unnecessary tragedy happened... I'm heartbroken by the lose of such a talented actor, RIP Brandon Lee. You will always be remembered as Eric Draven AKA The Crow. ❤🙏
Quantas coisas tiram de vc?Tantas coisas para viver.conhecer.sentir.sonhar.amar.E foi tiraddo de vc.Porque???Nunca saberemos da verdade.Amor para vida toda.Te amo
I love the crow it’s a really sad movie tbh I cried rlly hard and knowing the part where they shot him was the part where he was rlly gonna forever I hope he’s in a place with his dad :(
It's a shame they took away the scenes with the skeleton. After reading the comic, I think he's missing as one of the main actors. But given Brandon's death... I understand that the time could not afford it. I think they should do one whole version complete with what they cut out. If only for the work and as an honor to the memory. And I also think that true film enthusiasts would be amazed.
The skeleton guy was supposed to be in the movie as the skull cowboy, he appears when Eric gets resurrected from the grave and he was supposed to tell him bout the powers that the crow has given him and what he needs to do while he has the short time back in to the world of the living.
I still have nightmares about a skull cowboy and knowing that he was in this movie made it kind of creepy when I was a kid I'm 32 I died when I was eight he was 28
@@brandonbrucelee1965 Thanks, I can't even imagine a scene with him in it. But who knows maybe it was better this way. I don't know the character either.
Before end of 2:17 not long after he's shot in the hand he walks towards funboy (actor Michael massee) funboy shoots approaching Eric draven, draven says ow funboy says Jesus christ, "Jesus christ... stop me if you heard this one, jesus Christ walks into a motel" bang, bullet lodged in the barrel gets fired into his abdomen, that's the bullet that killed lee, footage of scene not hard to find, look up funboy death, the crow.
Jayden Williams no it's not. The footage was taken by the police for evidence then destroyed. Putting the actual scene of the lead actors death in the film is beyond fucked and disrespectful to the family
That was not the scene where he died from Funboy's gun. The deleted scene was Eric walking in carrying groceries and catching the gang raping Shelly, when he started to attack them and Funboy turned and shot him.. The scene was taken as part of the police investigation and destroyed right after at the director's request out of respect for the family...
