The way to sit in it is just meant to experience it. Not run from it. Not try to change it. Not resistant. Like sitting in an ice bath with your mind freaking out you just sit present with it. By doing that you develop a muscle to be able to handle it in that way in the moment.
It starts with structuring your own life first. You gotta have your life in order, and you have a life first. Before then, leave women out of your plans. Seriously. Female validation is best when it's AFTER you've become a complete, self-reliant, developed, capable, proven man. Go prove yourself to yourself. Be complete without a woman. If you need a woman, you're not ready for a woman. This being said, in current times, any relationship is entirely contingent on her good will, she has every option to simply break all bonds at whim AND get rewarded for it, so, engage with full knowledge that relationships with western women ARE relationships with the full might and threat of power of the state.
