May Allah bless you, I’m sure you have good intentions and I understand that you may have an attachment to these speakers as I once did. However they’re completely neglecting Islam here as they’re saying the holy law of Allah should be kept in the books and not implemented. The brothers speaking after are the ones truly defending Islam.

@@ibmsulaymani Thank you for your response. I think the hard part to take in from what they’re saying for some people is that they speak in generalities and they don’t necessarily state specifics. I also think it is hard for us to judge them when we don’t hear specifics. Maybe they mean a similar situation with what Umar (RA) did with stealing for a period of time.

@@idisagree8902 Umar suspended the punishment of stealing because of famine which was a necessity. These people on the other hand say that the sharia in its entirety shouldn’t be implemented because it’s outdated, problematic, bizarre and that there needs to be discussions on reforming these laws.
