I am laying next to my husband who has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He is now in hospice and I am taking care of him at home. I am exhausted but will do whatever it takes to make him comfortable. I decided to escape to a place I love to go... Oh, how I love The Cure. Longing to see them live, and this performance is amazing. Please send good vibes for my husbands comfort.
parsleyone I’m here. Next month I’m going to the hospital for try to cure this fucking cancer. I’m 54 and always love the Cure since 81. Just saying that... I’m very sad for my childs, had no woman for take my hand. Just think about the beautiful trip waiting for us. Love...

I tell my kids that if they ever want to feel closest to me and connected when I die to drive down the road with the windows all the way down and the stereo all the way up blasting The Cure singing at the top of their lungs... that’s where there dad will still live on...
I’m always wanting more.. More songs More shows More lyrics More music 🙂 I want the new album released. I want new words and emotions. I want cure instead of crap. I want Robert to make me wonder.
Robert Smith through the dark crossing mirrors, falling through burrows, going up, and down in an elevators, plungeing into dark waters. The cure for all!
I LOVE The Cure and have been a huge fan since 1988. I have been all over the states to see them, from New Jersey to California. I've been to over 25 concerts and I am so grateful that The Cure is still performing, and once in a while releasing new music. I remember seeing them on the Wish Tour in 1992, and when Robert sang the song End, I really thought that was it. Here I am nearly 30 years later still making plans to see the next show. Thanks to The Cure, and all the wonderful fans I have met on the road, for keeping the music going.
My favorite band ever 🖤 so glad they're a part of this - I used to work with inner city youth and knew a girl who died of leukemia when she was only 15 😢

Awesome gig! Still can't get over the guitars they use now, IMHO - untouchable in terms of sound and image with National, Gretsch, Fender, and Gibson guitars!
I know they played a full set with 3 encores at these two shows, and I know they filmed the whole thing. I wish they would release some more footage of these shows, or release an entire show. They played Harold and Joe (for the 2nd time ever), and they also played some gems like; Stop Dead, 2 Late, If only tonight we Could Sleep, Bananafishbones, as well as some other classics.
It is always very nice to see and hear this great band "The Cure" and much more if it is for a good cause like it is. Thank you for existing and I hope to be able to see another concert of yours live.
@@chrisandersen5635 I actually think the drummer´s really good. It´s just the snare sound that´s bothering me. But Boris was also killer. A really good drummer. What happened to him?
I've been listening to The Cure since the 80's and rarely do I listen to their studio albums, unless I want to hear it in it's entirety. 99% of all my listening is live shows. Although sometimes you can't get what you want live, like their B-side collection, and I'll put on Join the Dots. I really enjoy listening to live studio performances like their BBC sessions, or some of their demos, or their television appearances.
