On 3 May 2024, World Press Freedom Day, Brussels universitites VUB and ULB awarded the Difference Day Honorary Title to +972 Magazine. On this occasion, writer, philosopher and VUB PACT-curator Alicja Gescinska had a conversation with Ghousoon Bisharat, editor-in-chief of +972 Magazine about the dangerous but crucial work of war journalists in Israel-Palestine and the importance of independent media.
